I attempted to reach out to customer service 3x since then & they marked the ticket as resolved even though they never resolved it. I also attached pictures of the glass. I was just at this location and it was the worst location by far that I've been too, I always buy subway and this is my first time at this location and the old lady with red hair was very rude. I like green bell peppers on my sandwich and when I asked the young men that was helping me to add extra she said only 15 green bell peppers were allowed on a footlong, I told her okay? Charge me more for them than I don't care. I've been to multiple subway locations and always ask for more bell peppers and they have never once told me that only 15 peppers were allowed on my sandwich. Truly rude and disrespectful read more

April 3rd, third day of the fast food workers earning $20/hr. At this Subway there were 2 sandwich artists. One was making on-line orders and the other was making sandwiches for walk-ins. It took about 10-12 mins to order 2 sandwiches and another 6-8 mins. to make and pay. If this is the staffing that results from the increased fast food wage, then customers and Subways are in for pain. A pain to wait longer than usual and a loss of revenue for the store. People walked out because they were on lunch and couldn't wait. The people on duty were courteous, and working as quickly as possible. Service when provided was good. First time here and stood there for over 6 min with 1 customer ahead and 4 workers 2 of them working. Most were just standing around. I patiently waited for who I thought would help me to and he walked away without eye contact. People generally don't review places like Subway unless they have a beef or work for the competition. You can see that here in some of the other reviews, a couple of which are clearly rigged. I don't have an axe to grind, nor do I work for the competition. So my review is going to be based on today's experience. This Subway is very nice as far as Subway franchises go. It is spacious, clean, and their workers here are friendly. Today I ordered the chopped salad as part of their daily deal package. Because it was Wednesday, this included turkey breast meat and all the veggies I wanted. A thorough chopping, a little Sriracha sauce to liven things up, and you get a pretty good meal. Toss in a bag of chips and a medium drink for 8 bucks and you've got a pretty good deal! Hey, that rhymes. All in all, I have nothing to complain about. By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in the food industry, particularly in this location on East Valley Parkway. I walk in and see that there is only one woman ahead about to pay for her order, so I think, "Oh great, this shouldn't take too long!", and let me tell you, I was wrong. After she checks out and leaves, the employee walks to the back of the room to replace his gloves (I'm thinking okay good, sanitary reasons, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt), NOPE. Another guy walks in for a pickup order right after, and of course, his order isn't ready, the customer said he ordered it at 6:45, and it's now 7:15 PM, was supposed to be ready at 7 PM. It took the employee nearly 10 minutes to make a damn singular sandwich. Right after the customer leaves with his sandwich, a random person walks in and asks to use the bathroom, and the employee (continuing to ignore my existence), says "For sure go ahead". The random person said the bathroom was locked, and then the employee handed him the key, continuing to ignore me, then walked into the backroom AGAIN and heard/saw him coughing all over his hands. Thankfully he changed his gloves. FINALLY, he began my order, which was a wrap and a 6-inch sub. He dared to say, "Is that all or?" after I had politely informed him what I wanted on my sandwich. He was very rude and disrespectful. I would recommend firing this whole store, this isn't the first time I experienced terrible service from this location, and this is what prompted me to write this review. DO BETTER and stop being so sluggish and rude to all your customers... especially when no one is being disrespectful or rude to you in the first place!!! If anything, I was being so understanding, polite, and accommodating because I have respect for people in the food industry, but THIS was truly unacceptable behavior. read more

The manager at this location is the rudest ever and refused to give us our online order. We have ordered here before and always pay in advance via Paypal. Today however, the manager claimed our order did not exist and that we were trying to cheat him. My wife showed a screen capture of the online order page, the paypal confirmation email, and the paypal payment page. The manager still refused to give us our food. He stated he was too busy with customers and had no way to track an online order paid via paypal. My wife waited more than 30 minutes and he simply refused to do the right thing. Why can't I leave a 0 star?!? I should have checked your rating before I attempted to order here. We were refused service of the bathroom for my 3 year old until we made a purchase. My 3 year old almost soiled herself because Jose refused to let us use the bathroom as the rest of us were already ordering food. There was a total of 6 of us ordering foot long sandwiches for breakfast and lunch for each of us so easily a $75 order which you missed out on because he refused to open the bathroom door until we paid. Jose even suggested just to buy a bottle of water so he can charge us and then he will open the door...what?! He kept saying that's what his manager said he needed to do. Sometimes as an associate you need to make an executive decision on something like this. Not allowing a small child to use the bathroom because your manager said they need to buy something first is simply idiotic. This place has very poor customer service. We were ignored for five minutes while Armando was preparing the chicken in the back. We asked him for the bathroom key and he pointed toward the cash register. We said we don't see it and he just said it's there. It was behind the counter in the employee area for register. You want the public in that area? When he came still no greeting and what can I make you. After he place sandwich in oven he walked into the back again and ignored the alarm on the oven. I had the absolute worst service from this store. I had people over to my house, ordered $60 worth of sandwiches to be delivered by door dash. This restaurant is literally 1 block from my house on North Citrus Ave. I placed my order for 4 footlong sandwiches and a salad. The delivery person showed up and the person working could not find the order. They gave the worker the order and it took another hour to get the order prepared. The worker told the driver they were alone and did not have time to make my order because the store was busy. Door dash driver left and they had to send another driver out to pick up the food when it was done. Door Dash was so apologetic because there was nothing they could do. They kept in communication with me throughout. It ended up taking 2.5 hours to get 4 sandwiches and 1 salad delivered 1 block because of the ineptitude of this store's manager who only has 1 person working on. This Subway is always clean, air-conditioned and fairly quick as far as Subway goes. People who complain about the wait, they are making you a whole sandwhich, made to order just for you. Patience and a smile is sometimes the nicest thing to see when one is working in a food chain as such. I was now under a time constraint, so I hoped they would be able to make my sandwich quickly when I arrived. When I arrived, there was a woman that had just gotten there before me. Called to get it corrected and they told me I had to come in w the sandwhich. I had the flu and my husband was the one who originally picked it up for me. I explained I was too sick and the Mgr. said "then there is nothing I can do." I came to the store and requested a refund. The Mgr. Said he would refund the money and make the sandwhich again for free. I said okay and reminded him that I requested avocado slices, he said that would be $2 more. I told him the original sandwhich has the avocado slices I originally asked for, and he said he couldnt add them because it would look like he was giving away food........he just offered to remake the original order for free. Tried to do the order from their app, and it wouldn't give me the $6 footlong deal with my order for February, I asked if they could fix it there, and they said he couldn't without a manager and couldn't promise anything. They were out of the teriyaki chicken I ordered and had to call me to change my order. They were so useless, I just decided not to get the subs after all. They had to refund my money the next day. the Manager called and apologized, said there would be a voucher for 2 free subs when we decided to come back, approx 2 weeks later, only ham subs for us. We went to KFC instead. Subway can keep the vouchers. This Subway cut down the hours of the employees and manager, and have a very high turnover rate for employment as a result. This also makes for a long wait to get to order your sub for being so short handed. read more

If I could I would give them negative stars. I only ever see 1 employee there, and I have never seen the manager (who is only reachable by phone, and only when they feel like answering it.) They have overcharged me for sandwiches, and have promised any sandwiches i want at a later date, to appease me. These promises have never been communicated to anyone, and when I go to pick up the sandwiches, the lone employee there has to call the manager, and suddenly forgets how to speak english. If I could give zero stars I would. It took 25 min to get a sandwich, granted there were a few people in front of me but the pace at which the employees were working was a joke. When I finally got to the register, the employee, who was clearly sick and shouldn't have been at work, was wrapping my sandwich and noticed the bread was burnt on the bottom. He offered to make another, but in the process of wrapping it he kept sniffling to keep anything running out of his nose but I got a glimpse of a long drip come out of his nose and onto where the food was.
