Neither of us were super hungry so my wife ordered a mini turkey and I ordered a small club. After waiting about 10 minutes I was called up to pick up a bag that I swear was filled with bricks. The sandwiches are huge! The bread was perfect, every ingredient was fresh, and the taste was incredible. I've been eating subs for over 5 decades and this was one of the best I've ever had- even though I couldn't eat half of it.

They had a wait for tables on one of my visits, as it was packed. The staff was hustling! Being a bartop diner, I am free of waiting for a table, although the bar also gets busy. RaeAnn, Caroline, Alexa, and the lone dude Dom professionally run the bar with added personality. Lately I've had the Meatball app (generous portion) with half Bolognese and half Alfredo. Back in the day, Rosy would have never let 2 people sit at a table for 6. As for the food- the giant pancake was a standout. Huge and thick and yummy! Loaded with butter and syrup the entire table ate pieces of it. I had a cheeseburger and fries, it was good- not special but ok. I think the hash remains a favorite of my fellow diners. You can now get hash everyday (back in Rosy's time- it was a twice a week treat). Service is overall a bit slow- but cooking space is limited and they were busy- so it was expected. Now it's slow delivery , and the quality is dangerously bad. As for quality it's horrible and overpriced. This place cannot close down soon enough. It's sad because it used to be amazing.

As we are from the East Coast, we have had our share of bagel sandwiches. The egg and cheese on the cheese/jalapeño was amazing. The bagel was a bit different than what we expected - bigger, a bit denser, covered with a slice of cheddar and sliced jalapeños. Not overly chewy not bready- a perfect balance. The coffee was also very good. The place is designed as a drive-through grab and go, however the staff (owner?) let us sit in the back and enjoy our meal before hopping on our bikes. Just delightful.
