My sandwich was amazing and the service was impeccable. There was a young man that was new and in training and he was very friendly and really cared about the way he made my food and the young lady that was training him I believe her name was Tera I might be wrong on that but anyway that girl had a wonderful personality and really new how to train! I always enjoy sub sandwiches. I feel like I get a free salad when I tell them to load the sub. Sometimes, I get a meatball sub. Sometimes, I ask for it to be cut in thirds . I enjoy the monthly sub. Sometimes, I splurge and get the most expensive one on the menu . Remarkable service. The staff is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I never have a bad experience when I visit. I enjoy sitting by the window so I can see traffic. The ambiance has a casual feel to it. I look forward to a return visit. read more

If I was able to do -3 stars I would First off it's okay they didn't cut it into 3 pieces at leaf they cut it in two. Got all the way home because I was like "oh it's subway they have never done me wrong" until today that was I got no cucumbers and no avocado!! It would have been one thing if they called or even walked out and told me when they gave me my food... but not a single word other than "are you *****" nothing else. When I called a lady answered knowing what order I'm talking about already as soon as I started talking when told about what I was missing she proceeded to tell me "oh we are out of cucumbers" so I asked what about the avocado she said "oh I didn't see that" she didn't even sound sorry more like annoyed!! then proceeded to tell me she will write down my name and number with what they "owe me" because they couldn't even just refund the money for the avocado it's not much but still not worth driving back to the other side of town for this is the most depressing "foot long" I've ever seen!! I am now done with Subway! Until the store can figure how to hire good employees that work fast and know how to provide great service. Great service means figure out the workflow impact of online orders and how you keep your walk-in customers happy. Walked into the store today with 2 in front of me and waited almost 25 minutes with SUPER slow staff. Once I was up, the lady comes from the register and says she now has to complete all of the online orders, which was quite a bit from what she laid on the board. I looked at her and said you are kidding right? She said nope, got to get these done. This is my second time in a row that I walked out of this store and not trying a 3rd. Jimmy Johns is the one and only option, which isn't a bad one. I always liked Subway but time to let it go with much better options! read more

This has to be the worst Subway ever ! It's not the food.... it's the staff. A young large girl with very red dyed hair waited on us. She automatically had attitude and not a good one. She was slapping our meat on the bread and acted angry. Next when we checked out we asked for our 4 sandwiches, 4 drinks and 3 chips.... she replied "your getting 4 chips cause that's what I rang up". Wow... what customer skills. It's good to see our youth in action. I hope she's happy there because with that attitude, she won't go far. The restaurant was also very, very dirty. No table was clean. We sat by a window and that was a mistake. The window sill was full of trash, crumbs and dead flys. Yum. Won't be going back to this one. I will drive across town to the Subway by Jumbos Grocery Store. read more

Placed an order online for my husband and I on my lunch break. Nothing complicated, just 2 sandwiches. Got home and they had the wrong toppings on them even though the ticket had it clearly listed. After trying to call them for 15 minutes and ask if they could fix them, I finally gave up. It just kept going to voicemail (this wasn't during a busy time of day either). I didn't have time to sit there and wait for them to fix a sandwich since I needed to go back to work. read more

For a Subway, this one is ok. the tables were not wiped off, which may have been overlooked. The sandwich was good, but the help was not very friendly. Making me not want to go back to that certain one. All in all, the food was good, but service was lacking. read more
