Wow! They are absolutely rude! I parked in a "Marco's" spot to pick up my mother, who is on crutches and some lady walks outside and says, "are you coming in here to eat?" And I replied "no, I'm picking up my mother" and she replied, "well if your jeep isn't here when you get back don't say I didn't warn you". Excuse me! It's one of those pies where the drippy sauce goes everywhere because there's not enough cheese or toppings to keep it on the crust. Wing game is even weaker. Ordered some delivery. Pizza arrived in a timely manner and was hot and delicious. Pepperoni isn't too salty like some. Pizza was very good day of and even the next day as leftovers. Called at 5:25pm to order my pizza with a side of Parmesan cheese. I was told it would be a 45 minute wait. An hour and 10 minutes later I called back to see if they had an update. The manager told me she'd call the driver and then call me right back. 20 minutes went by without a response so I called again. She said there was a mixup and that the driver was literally walking out the door to deliver my pizza. 25 minutes later the pizza was delivered. It was cold and there was no side of Parmesan. Subpar service to say the least. I understand being busy but don't tell me 45 minutes and then then deliver me a cold pizza 2 hours and three phone calls later. I only give two stars because it still tasted fine, albeit cold, and they gave me a coupon for a free pizza in the future. read more

We ordered a xlarge pizza. I told the nice guy on the phone I will meet the delivery driver at the front door of the hotel. I get a call from a okc number (as I leave the room to go watch for them) which I dont answer since we r in Enid. Meanwhile we r also watching from our ground floor window, I am watching for them for over a half hour in the kitchen by the front door, this is 20 minutes after I was told it would be here. So I call again and the nice guy said it's still sitting there they have to wait on a driver to get back, he also said they will make another if it's to long of a wait. So I decide to listen to the message and it was the driver saying they drove around the building twice looking for a room number! Why didn't the nice guy that took my order tell driver I would be at the front door? And why didn't he tell me when I called again that they attempted to deliver?
