Stopped in for lunch today to try out their new steak and guacamole wraps. I don't usually expect too much from chain places so I was pleasantly surprised by the great service and how neat they were that I just had to write a review. The wraps were wrapped tightly and the ingredients didn't fall out like I'd expect. They put a ton of meat on these wraps too! It was really filling and worth the $7-8. I did think it was weird they didn't have any napkins out to grab so we had to wait until the line died down to ask someone. Other than that, great meal and great location! read more

I ordered a sandwich online and I will NEVER do that again. I opened up the wrapper and all the bread crumbled and fell apart. When I called the store I was told "sour dough bread can do that". For one I worked at a subway for 3 years, it has never done that. Second, if I ever encountered bread being unusable i would at least offer the customer another option. Not just have someone go home and open up this mess. I used to come here frequently and I will not be going back here again. This just occured. Worst subway service. Service worker was terrible. waited in line patiently for 25 minutes as i was the last in line (which is understandable) but once it was my turn, he stopped me and said "he had to take an online order." The least he could have done was finish my order and then work on the online order afterwards considering i was the last in line. Absolutely terrible. i left with no food. Never will go to this subway again and just prepare to wait if you plan on going here. read more

Standard Subway, although it seemed as though there was a lot of space but not many tables. Plenty of counter space to eat at. I went during a off-peak hour so perhaps all that space accommodates the lines they get. Parking may seem cramped, but if you pass the Subway and head towards the back there is plenty of parking available (I have been here a couple of times but today was the first day that I realized there was all the parking in the back). Place is clean and neat. Only one person behind the counter today but she was efficient and pleasant and although I had two people in front of me I didn't have to wait too long. I asked for the full half avocado and although she asked twice, she sliced it up with no problem. I like that this is one of the places where you get actual avocado slices - not the avocado "mash." Note: If your sandwich is not a standard "toasted" sandwich, they will charge you a "toasting" fee. When they ask if you want your sandwich toasted most people don't mention the extra charge, but i found out recently that is the case. read more

Went here the other night for dinner on my lunch break. Parking was easy to find even though it's in the same center as the new Leatherbys. Only one guy working but he was really nice. It was very clean and neat, and all the produce looked fresh. I got the $5 buffalo chicken footlong. I ALWAYS get GREAT SERVICE at this Subway location. I'm believe the reason is because of Anita. I think she may be a manager there, not sure, but I can see that not only when I walk in, but when any of her customers walk in, she makes it seem like they are the customer of the month and will ensure their sandwich is exactly how they want it. I'd actually say 3.5 stars. I really want to like this location, because the service is really good and they aren't stingy with the food portion at all, but the bread is really soggy and the chicken tasted like microwave food. Maybe I just came into the store at the wrong time? The floors and tables were clean and the workers were really good. I'll try it out again and update my review in the future! I just wanna say how pleased I am with Layla H. I've only been to this location a few times and every time I go in there she is always working by herself but yet she is always smiling and very sweet! I went in there tonight to order my usual and she remembered what I wanted. She was very sweet and kept apologizing for how.long she was taking, not that I minded.
