Overall a good lunch spot! Ordered online for the BOGO deal. Store is extremely clean and staff are friendly. Food is fresh and veggies are crisp. Personally I like this more than sourdough as pricing is much better and both locations have a Pokémon gym. If only I could use the freebie cookies and drink coupon when I order online it will be perfect! read more

Wouldn't honor my $6.99 meal deal coupon that expired 2 days before. Never mind the fact that I frequent this location all the time. Also previously they wouldn't accept one of my coupons because they said it was scanned before (which it wasn't!). Terrible location will constant customer service issues!!! It's Jersey Mike's & Togo's for me, from here on out. read more

This place got some Stale ass bread, if u wanna overpay for a stale ass sanwich then for sure come here! do better!!!!!!!

Stopped in for lunch today to try out their new steak and guacamole wraps. I don't usually expect too much from chain places so I was pleasantly surprised by the great service and how neat they were that I just had to write a review. The wraps were wrapped tightly and the ingredients didn't fall out like I'd expect. They put a ton of meat on these wraps too! It was really filling and worth the $7-8. I did think it was weird they didn't have any napkins out to grab so we had to wait until the line died down to ask someone. Other than that, great meal and great location! read more

Subway - Chipotle steak and guac wrap - Sandwiches Near Me - Elk Grove, California

Here, in this time of coronavirus, i was surprised to even walk into a restaurant. Yet, crossed the threshold to find no tables or chairs. Only Open space for the masked patrons to order. ABSOLUTELY STUNNED to see the food preparer NOT wearing a mask. Talking and spitting her saliva all over the open bays of meat, cheese and lettuce. Sickening. We gathered our stuff up and left. So disappointing Subway to be so stupid and insensitive at this time of public health. She should be fired. The person who hired her should be fired too! read more

Subway - Thumbs down! - Sandwiches Near Me - Elk Grove, California

I ordered a sandwich online and I will NEVER do that again. I opened up the wrapper and all the bread crumbled and fell apart. When I called the store I was told "sour dough bread can do that". For one I worked at a subway for 3 years, it has never done that. Second, if I ever encountered bread being unusable i would at least offer the customer another option. Not just have someone go home and open up this mess. I used to come here frequently and I will not be going back here again. Just complete disregard for customer service & providing a decent sandwich. Then on top of insult to injury the girl I spoke with just wanted to go back and forth with me, and offered me some cookies to not post this review. Get better employees!! read more

Subway - a person holding a sandwich in their hand - Sandwiches Near Me - Elk Grove, California

I ordered online for take-out. I appreciated that the two sandwiches were prepared in a timely matter. although the sandwiches were satisfactory, they appeared sloppily made. I did notice this restaurant was very busy with customers waiting in line. I got the impression help was needed. read more

The salt and pepper wings were not done. Still pink on the inside. I was going to take them back but they closed at 8:00. The steak and potatoes were good though. read more

Probably the best subway you will find in terms of customer experience. Always greeted upon entry regardless of how busy they are. Clean, well maintained facility. Staff has little turn over which is a good thing. Fast and efficient even during the lunch time rush. Convenient parking. Highly recommend if you are having those subway urges. read more

This just occured. Worst subway service. Service worker was terrible. waited in line patiently for 25 minutes as i was the last in line (which is understandable) but once it was my turn, he stopped me and said "he had to take an online order." The least he could have done was finish my order and then work on the online order afterwards considering i was the last in line. Absolutely terrible. i left with no food. Never will go to this subway again and just prepare to wait if you plan on going here. read more

It's lunch time and they only have two employees out front helping customers so service is quite slow and there's a line

One of the best Subway sandwich shops I've been to. Clean, friendly, and they aren't cheap on ingredients like others. A+++

I ordered the ciabatta sandwiches. I ended up only receiving 2 of the 3 sandwiches I wanted because they didn't have enough ciabatta bread. I could have waited for 11 minutes for it to be baked, but I already waited in a line. My Italian ciabatta was missing a whole layer of meat. I was super disappointed and left with 2 or 3 sandwiches I went there for. read more

I went to the subway on Laguna, I don't think they're too fond of black people and that statement comes solely from the way they were acting like staring me up and down, ( the female was) but anyway I ordered a sandwich the gentleman made my sandwich took my meat to the back and I heard him sneeze the cashier said to him bless you. When he returned to the front with my meat wrapped up in Saran Wrap like I requested he said to me that is going to be the best sandwich. What the sam hell did he do to my sandwich. That statement alone and hearing him sneeze made me very suspicious. Well too bad I'll never know how good it was going to be because I gave it to a homeless man. NOT TODAY you will not trick me with your treats read more

Standard Subway, although it seemed as though there was a lot of space but not many tables. Plenty of counter space to eat at. I went during a off-peak hour so perhaps all that space accommodates the lines they get. Parking may seem cramped, but if you pass the Subway and head towards the back there is plenty of parking available (I have been here a couple of times but today was the first day that I realized there was all the parking in the back). Place is clean and neat. Only one person behind the counter today but she was efficient and pleasant and although I had two people in front of me I didn't have to wait too long. I asked for the full half avocado and although she asked twice, she sliced it up with no problem. I like that this is one of the places where you get actual avocado slices - not the avocado "mash." Note: If your sandwich is not a standard "toasted" sandwich, they will charge you a "toasting" fee. When they ask if you want your sandwich toasted most people don't mention the extra charge, but i found out recently that is the case. read more

Went here the other night for dinner on my lunch break. Parking was easy to find even though it's in the same center as the new Leatherbys. Only one guy working but he was really nice. It was very clean and neat, and all the produce looked fresh. I got the $5 buffalo chicken footlong. It's the July footlong but the sign was up and I was there last day of June but he still gave it to me. I'd come back to this subway again! read more

I spent 30 mins. waiting in line. the woman in front of me ate her entire lunch before i got to place my order. they had 1 guy working during the lunch rush and the other employee was sitting and eating HER lunch while we all waited in line. 3 people behind me walked out. missed my whole lunch break. this place is a joke. read more

Love this location. Excellent staff and great service. Anita is exceptional. This is my #1 lunch spot when I'm in the area

Found a hair in my sandwich. And now I can't eat my food. Won't be going back there again. The employees should wear hair nets to keep from falling into customers food. read more

Manager on duty had excellent customer service this subway hands down is the best in all elk grove.

My Groupon expired but the amount i paid never does. This is a three way understanding between groupon.com, the vendor and customer. Nonetheless they did not honor the credit I had, so I have to turn to Groupon for credit. Not honoring the terms of a contract is a very lowly business action. read more

Subway...you should be ashamed of yourself. Get on board with plant based meals...sell Impossible meat!!! My partner Refuses to patronize your establishment or any other Subway Restaurants. She is a vegetarian. When she orders a cheese sandwich with avocado, that's all, she get 2 quarter slices of cheese and has to pay $150 for a sliver of avocado. How is that fair? She does not want a Bread Sandwich!!! Why is Subway discriminating against vegetarians? If she ordered meat, she would get a lot more good. I know this because I get a lot more meat when I've ordered from Subway for a less cost than hers. Get your act together Subway!!! read more

Ordered online for a specific pickup time. 40+ minutes later and still waiting. Every time a customer comes in, he stops making my online order. When I asked why he's helping other people first, he said walk-in customers have to be helped first. How about people who waited 40+ minutes! Wow! Not patronizing this business any more. read more

Best Subway in town. Owner/manager is extremely friendly and was patient and humorous with my busy/crazy 2 and 4 year old boys. Sandwiches were prepared correctly, generous with toppings and genuine smiles from staff. From now on I will drive past the three closet to my house to come to this one every time I have a Subway craving. read more

I came to this Subway today with my sisters and I have to say the service was excellent! The staff were polite and friendly. They were good with their portions sizes too. The place was clean and I even used the restroom which was very clean. I've been to other subways in the area but this is the best one so far. read more

Anita is so kind I love her service (: the Bathroom is always clean and the other employees are just as great

I come here frequently, almost daily as a matter of fact. I place large orders at times when I am picking food up for co-workers as well as myself. I absolutely love the staff, all of which call me by name and make me feel welcome. Terry, Matt, Maria, Adiba and everyone else are wonderful! You'll be happy you chose this Subway rather than another location! Keep up the great work guys! read more

Is this the subway next to Nothing Bundt Cakes and I love Teriyaki? This place sucks and now I know why they are always quiet and close damn way too early. The girl who made my sandwich placed my sandwich in the toaster oven then went to the cash register to ring me up. When she finished she didn't even change her gloves after touching that filthy cash register and she went straight to the oven to get my sandwich to place the veggies on it. Nasty. These people need to get health training or something. Gross. read more

Ashley was an amazing employee! She's fairly new yet she was able to fix our sandwiches in such a quick manner. I 10/10 recommend this place because of her!!! read more

They had an excellent cookie selection compared to any other subway. Also have the veggie patties.

I ALWAYS get GREAT SERVICE at this Subway location. I'm believe the reason is because of Anita. I think she may be a manager there, not sure, but I can see that not only when I walk in, but when any of her customers walk in, she makes it seem like they are the customer of the month and will ensure their sandwich is exactly how they want it. Great experience, great food, especially their rotisserie chicken. It's really delicious! read more

I'd actually say 3.5 stars. I really want to like this location, because the service is really good and they aren't stingy with the food portion at all, but the bread is really soggy and the chicken tasted like microwave food. Maybe I just came into the store at the wrong time? The floors and tables were clean and the workers were really good. I'll try it out again and update my review in the future! I have hope in this location. read more

Not a fan of this location. I have been here twice and the first time an employee handled cash from another customer and proceeded to make a sandwich for my daughter without changing her gloves until I had objected. This past weekend I stopped by with a friend and he ended experiencing Montezuma's revenge within an hour of the meal that lasted through the next day. For the health of the public I think management should review their food prep and handling procedures to ensure that they are compliant with health codes. read more

I got the new steak and cheese wrap today and it was awesome. Employees are kind and fast.

I just wanna say how pleased I am with Layla H. I've only been to this location a few times and every time I go in there she is always working by herself but yet she is always smiling and very sweet! I went in there tonight to order my usual and she remembered what I wanted. She was very sweet and kept apologizing for how.long she was taking, not that I minded. So this is why I'm giving 5 stars and in my opinion she needs a big FAT RAISE! she's such a hard worker, wish I had people like her at my job! read more
