I gave this location multiple chances, but I won't be back…read more The first visit was during opening week, and although the food took a long time, I understood that a new restaurant is going to have some growing pains. Unfortunately, the next two visits were much worse. The dining room was closed, not because of an emergency or staffing issue, but seemingly because employees simply didn't want to open it. That made for a frustrating experience as a customer. What really crossed the line, though, was how management handled a customer's complaint. After concerns were raised, management allegedly shared another person's personal information--including their name, address, and phone number--out of spite. If that's what occurred, it's completely unacceptable and a serious breach of trust. Based on my experiences, I can't recommend this location. I will not be returning unless there is completely new management and a new team of employees. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I would give zero stars if I could.

If you haven't been before, the vibe at Raising Cains is fun - think disco balls and Elvis art with a crown on top. The counter folks were all friendly, and I wasn't expecting that they would deliver food to our table, but they did. The food at Raising Cains was good, but didn't live up to all the hype for me. No complaints about the food, it was good. But my expectations were fairly high after hearing lots of folks talk about it. The chicken was crispy and not greasy as fried food can be. The fries were good -not soggy and not overcooked. I'm still assessing my thoughts about the sauce. I didn't feel like I was overwhelmed by the taste, but I did keep going back to it and dipping my fries and chicken in it until it was all gone. So maybe I liked it more than I realized? I'd give it a solid 3.5 stars. This was a 35 minute drive for me, so I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to do this again because of the distance. But we had a good meal here and a pleasant experience.
