This McDonald's is in the Love's off Exit 90 of Interstate 81. The Love's is usually very busy, but parking is not an issue. Interior is not very large. Has registers and the automated kiosks to order at. When ordering, no one was coming to the front, so I used the kiosk. The biggest issue with this McDonald's is the prices are inflated and you are paying for the location's convenience. I don't mean a little inflated, the two-cheeseburger combo was $2 above the standard price and it made me do a double take. Food was ok, it was standard McDonald's. For the price, you can go the short distance to Wendy's for something better. read more

Unfortunately the food quality is very poor. The fries were cold and needed more time to cook. I ordered a fish filet - when I checked the sandwich, there was a sticker under the cheese. I wasn't sure if it was a clothing size sticker or another orders receipt. I was digging it out from under the cheese. Reviews here are not exaggerated. Fries were cold and stale, and tables were all dirty and hasn't seen a wipe down in days. Do they make big batches of food all at once early on, then call it a day? Makes me wonder if they ever change out their cooking oil too. The worst McDonald's location sits off of Exit 90 at the Love's truck stop. While it's a hot spot for travelers and truckers, it houses sloppy service and sloppier eats. Last night, my family and I decided to stop here on our way through Lebanon. Big mistake on my part. I ordered the Filet-O-Fish meal and was hoping that it would have been fresh. To be perfectly honest, the sandwich wasn't half as bad as the cold box of fries that were served up to us. What really made me sick was what was lying at the bottom of the container...a mess of cold, damp soggy fries! I honestly can't believe that food that takes this long can be this old. I would think it would at least be fresh. My fries were by far under-filled and dumped in upside down. The chicken nuggets were literally the worst I've ever had not just at McDonald's but maybe anywhere. I may have eaten fried sponge. The ordering area gets congested because of the layout and (lack of) speed of orders coming out. The Jonestown Massacre apparently was a massacre of cows because they serve up a lot of burgers here. Behold, McDonald's. Excellent location with fast and friendly service! No attitudes from employees that I'm accustomed to from McDonalds staff. The interior is a bit small and the waiting area is virtually non existent. I dined here on a weekend to get a quick meal on a road trip to visit a friend and received very good service from the employee. I used an app coupon, and it worked without a hitch. My food was served hot and fresh and came out quickly. Just before I left, there was a huge busload of people who arrived, crowding the restaurant and blocking the exit. So some of you may have heard about McDonald's offering free meals to healthcare workers on the front lines, and considering I'm an CNA/MAT on the front line doing temperature check every day for about 10 hours a day and having direct contact with individuals who are symptomatic. I thought this would be a really nice thing. So I just went to the McDonald's near my hotel because I'm away from home from 4/13 to at least 5/15 providing these temperature checks. When there I was told that I do not qualify because I'm not a nurse at a hospital. Although I'm on the front line. Always extremely busy, very understaffed. I went there not long ago and one of the employees was extremely rude. It seems like they are judging you every time you make a larger order. Many times now, I have gotten the wrong size french fry or onions on a burger when asked for them to take them off. Honestly, this McDonald's is a hit or miss.
