Unfortunately, the next two visits were much worse. The dining room was closed, not because of an emergency or staffing issue, but seemingly because employees simply didn't want to open it. That made for a frustrating experience as a customer. What really crossed the line, though, was how management handled a customer's complaint. After concerns were raised, management allegedly shared another person's personal information--including their name, address, and phone number--out of spite. If that's what occurred, it's completely unacceptable and a serious breach of trust. Based on my experiences, I can't recommend this location. I will not be returning unless there is completely new management and a new team of employees. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I would give zero stars if I could.
