I went into here awhile back like many weeks ago. Love love Maria the lovely on the inside and outside little lady with natural platinum hair color working here in the morning. She helped me save money on my sandwich. She greeted me asap I entered and smiled the whole time and was just so refreshing to meet and encounter. Anyone can tell she's such a genuine good hearted, happy, and optimist person. Her customer service was wonderful and so worth to come here :) The rest of the staff are nice too but I wish they would be more like Maria who was the sweetest and helped me save money. read more

This is my go to place at work when I am not able to place my own work order for the other food choices. The ladies that work during the lunch rush are always helpful. My go to is #16 Teriyaki Chicken on a foot long whole wheat bread. And the reason why I like this specific location is their aqua fresca watermelon cucumber drink. Nice! read more

Morning staff is very pleasant, always greets with a smile. The food is usually fresh, & the store is very clean, but the fact that they don't accept any coupons, don't do any sub of the day, & charge $1-$2 more for anything on their menu makes it not worth it. I recently started eating at Subway and have had great experiences at other locations. I typically order the meal of the day, and staff elsewhere are usually friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this location, despite being convenient to my job--was a disappointing experience due to poor customer service. The employee assisting me appeared unhappy, was rude, and treated me differently compared to another customer she clearly knew. While ordering, I added toppings such as bacon, salami, and pepperoni, but I was not informed of any up-charges until I paid. When I asked for help using a coupon in my app, she refused to assist and stated she did not know which sandwiches the coupon applied to. I was also not allowed to scan my app at all. The handling of my food felt careless and unprofessional. I attempted to call the store to speak with a manager, but no one answered, and the receipt did not list the cashier's name. Tip: As someone who works in customer service, I believe this location needs better staff training, at least smile, it's free! Due to this experience, I will not be returning. read more

YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2018 - 9/100. I came through with full intentions of getting a breakfast bagel next door, but I got distracted with Subway's lit OPEN sign (although the actual Subway sign above wasn't.) It's been some time since my last Subway visit and I wanted to check if they still offer breakfast sammies. (They did!) And to add cherry on top, they have a breakfast special: any 6-inch breakfast sandwich + coffee for the bargain price of $4.93 (tax included.) I got the steak and regular eggs. After a quick toast, she asked if I wanted lettuce, tomatoes and spinach. (YEP!) I was then asked if I wanted to add anything else, so I asked for red onion, olives, malt vinegar, salt and pepper at no extra charge. I'm not really a coffee drinker, but it came pretty handy today. Other than the flatbread being a bit doughy (even after getting toasted) this breakfast combo came out pretty dang good. You do get more than what you pay for. Hmm, since someone felt my review "did not appear to describe a firsthand customer experience at this location" let's try again. The lunch crew at this Subway has taken the assembly line to new heights (this is a positive). With a narrow working space and equally tight customer ordering area, they move hungry office workers through with an efficiency that would draw approving slow nods from legendary assembly line entrepreneurs (this is also a positive). And yes, I have moved through this line myself. Limited seating, tight parking and busy lunch rushes haven't deterred folks from getting their sub sandwich fix. The line snakes in on the left, makes a u-turn in the back before orders are placed, breads are filled and happy campers are sent on their way with familiar clear plastic bags in hand. Let's see... The chicken breast is a good healthy choice. I also like the turkey. The meatballs are good when you get them fresh. Top it with onions and green peppers and you're good to go. read more

During the hours of 6am-8am, BEWARE‼ I should have come to this site before going to this location that by the way, I WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN. They should really take a page out of Flame Broilers service book - they are located about 4 doors down and they are THE BEST! This obnoxiously rude lady who is here between those hours is H O R R I B L E! I visit this location at least 3 days a week. I order the same sandwich, the same way every time. I visited again today, but when I noticed the lady making the sandwich differently I spoke up. In short, she was irritated and started telling me "you ask this way, no you ask this way.... so I do that ..... now what do you want ...." She never talked to me that way before so I was kind of surprised. I tried to explain to her how I wanted it exactly and she kept over talking me before I could even get a word in. It is 6am in the morning..... I am not going to argue with ANYONE over a sandwich before sunrise .... SMH Needless to say I told her never mind I can just go somewhere else, and she said yeah you GO! WOW! Is this the kind of customer service subway (small s used intentionally) condones? This is completely unnecessary and ridiculous behavior. If you are unhappy because you have to get up early in the morning, then choose another start time. If you are unhappy because you have no help, speak to your management. How dare you take out your personal frustrations on the customer. She literally got mad .... who gets "mad" at work at 6am...... just because I was saying I want my sandwich made a different way other than how you are preparing it? Isn't subway the "sandwich specialist?" Clearly not this location. This lady really didn't want to assist me all along because it took a simple request for change of how I wanted my sandwich made, for her to go from 0-10 in 60 seconds!!! She allowed that simple request to set her off completely!! How crazy is that? Had I known, I would have stopped supporting this location months ago. This subway is a great location & wonderful atmosphere but the customer service is SHIT. I order sliders from different subways all the time and request veggies, which if you look at the ad that subway runs about these sliders some have spinach and others have peppers etc. well when I went into grab two sliders for my child and is was told it's "not recommended to put veggies" by Maria. Then my daughter said she didn't want her bread toasted & they still went ahead and did it First off I want veggies‍ Second off how is it not recommended if you're a sandwich shop and they are mini sandwiches. read more

This place is PACKED during lunch. There are usually around 20 people in line during peak hours. But, the line moves pretty fast. Subway is subway. The sandwiches here taste the same as the sandwiches at other subways. There's usually a traffic jam near the drinks. People don't know how to get in, and get out. Gets crowded at lunch but they have a decent system if you don't mind a little hollering over peoples shoulder. So basically if you cooperate, the line moves fairly quickly. Three stars. I can't really complain. Staff has always been very friendly and they renovated this location about a year ago, so it's cleaner and newer. I usually go here when I want to eat something healthier for lunch since it's very close to my workplace. It's next to a Starbucks which is nice and there's plenty of parking. It's Subway, so put your expectations in check. However, if you have a go-to sandwich or need something quick and easy then this place is probably as good as any. I've gone in person as well as ordered delivery from here multiple times, and basically if you want to make sure your order is 100% accurate then go in person, but be careful around lunch time because you'll get hit by the rush from all of the surrounding offices. Delivery is mostly pretty good but there might be some options missing or special instructions that you have to ask for in the comments, and from that point it's a tossup if you'll get exactly what you want. I come here regularly because it's close to work and because they have the Malibu Garden patty, which no one around has. The associates are usually very friendly and try making your sandwich picture perfect. However, today while I was eating my sandwich Marta, the assistant manager, walked over and accused me of not flushing the toilet in front of other customers, very embarrassing; I had previously asked to use the restroom so that I can wash my hands. This was during a morning rush and there were plenty of other people in the restaurant that could've used it after I did. Marta needs more customer service/management training. Since I have been trying to watch both my budget and diet, I find myself picking Subway more and more for lunch. As i have mentioned before there isn't too much to yelp about a Subway other than this is a nicer location than most. It is fairly new so it feels very clean. The food selection is the same but I will add that the service is both friendly and fast. There were 13 people in between me and the cashier when I looked at my watch and exactly five minutes later I was walking out with my sandwich and drink combo. I think that is pretty quick. As for the location I give this location a bit of a bump because it is located in a cluster of other restaurant food offerings in what can most fairly be described as a business campus. There is a Noah's bagel, Starbucks, Flame Broiler and Zpizza just to name the eateries that I can remember. The parking is a bit tight at lunch as this place seems very popular with the surrounding aerospace crowd, so you need to be patient. As chain lunch locations go I like this place. read more

This subway is hidden in an off the beaten track office complex. There is always plenty of free Parking and they have an enormous (crew of six) sandwich makers here to get your sandwich made quickly. I guess this is due to the captive audience they have in this and the surrounding office parks. Like most subways the bread is always fresh and unlike most subways there are always two to three people calling out a greeting you as you enter. It's smack dab in the middle of the aerospace industry buildings (Boeing, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Air Force, etc...) so it, along with EVERY restaurant in the plaza, gets really crowded at lunch. Despite this, Subway's assembly-line sandwich making gets you in and out quickly (they might forget the napkins sometimes, but hey, you've got time to eat your lunch outside rather than rushing back to the office). Standard Subway fare, including the $5 foot-long specials (cue annoying commercial jingle here). A good option for lunch when you want to get a quick sandwich for cheap and be able to eat out in the sunshine. read more

This Subway location is more than sufficient if you're looking for a quick and affordable lunch. I work in the area and frequently walk to this Subway for lunch. The location is clean and very speedy - even when the line appears to be super long, I am always in and out in 10 minutes or less. Ingredients are fresh and the staff consistently builds decent sandwiches. This location often has rotational items on the menu as well. I was very partial to the Italian Hero sub. This subway deserves some credit. They are located in the middle of some large office buildings one of which I am in. The lunch rush is crazy, most of the time the line is out the door and beyond. However the staff is friendly, welcoming and incredibly fast. They are able to pull at least 6 people at a time to prepare sandwiches for, I appreciate this because lunch is short and you don't want to waste your time in line anywhere! Clean Subway, decent location. Food is neither better nor worse than any other Subway I've been to (this one DOES have cilantro, which is important). I give 5 stars because this is the 2nd time I've been served by Ruben, who's as friendly of a sandwich artist as one could find (this was during a weekday evening). Both times I was equivocating on something or rather (the type of sandwich, or the bread), when he would chime in cheerfully with a helpful suggestion. For the $5 sandwich of this month (Chipotle Chicken w/cheese), he suggested the sandwich on flatbread, which I hadn't considered (I almost always go for the Italian Herb & Cheese). Furthermore, he suggested toasting it with the peppers & onions (I remember him doing that the 1st time he served me...very innovative, something I hadn't thought of nor been suggested to previously), as well as with the chipotle sauce. This Subway is within walking distance of my office but I opt to get in the car and drive to another one. They are no more crowded than the other ones in the area during lunch time, but they do everything they can to push you out the door. One thing about Subway is to have the sandwiches made your way but they simply toss a few things on as people are yelling at one another trying to tell them what toppings they want.
