I normally don't leave reviews but I've recently found myself at this subway quite often for lunch, as it is in a rural area and there aren't many options. I noticed the poor reviews and decided to chime in because it's been nothing but great. The restaurant is clean and nice, food service area is well kept. There are several young women working during the lunch hours- they are all pleasent, efficient and seem to work well together. No complaints here about the location, staff or food. read more

We eat here because it's close and fast. Well we went to go sit with our family and we we're the only customers there. And the workers were being so loud that we couldn't even talk to each other. We also went a time after this just to pick up some subs , we got all the way home unwrapped our subs and there was dried brown stuff on the wrapping paper. read more

Don't bother with this location. It is by far the worst Subway I've encountered. Every time my husband and I try to go there for breakfast, it's closed despite the advertised hours. The first time we tried, the hours said 8 am. It didn't open until 9. Employee claimed, "You can't go by Google; it's always wrong." Today we tried again, and while the door of the establishment says 9, there's a handwritten sign that says hours will be changing on Aug 1. They wouldn't open until 11. Uh, it's not Aug. 1 yet??! We recently went into Subway for three subway sandwiches we got an employee named Johnathan to fix our sandwiches. He is by far the rudest most hatefulness person out of the employees we have ever got at any of the subways. In my opinion I think you should be fired let me put it this way if I was the manager he would be fired instantly and you think they should have to wear hairnets because his hair is long and can get in your sandwich if you don't pay attention. Online states they are open until 9:00pm. I called at 8:31pm and ask if they are still open since Covid has some business hours messed up. Anyways the girl says no they are closing sorry. I said what time do y'all close she says umm 8:35-8:40. I told her my husband was next door at store and could come right over could I order just 1 six inch something simple. She says o we are out of a lot of stuff and we are putting stuff up so no I'm sorry. So I ask again what is your actual closing time, is it 9pm? She replies ummm yes... so I clarified it's 8:31and I can't get 1 sandwich even though you don't close till 9:00. She then said, o well I thought it was 8:35 or 8:40, it's been a long day, I guess we are still open so what kind of sandwich do you want? Well by now she's pissed I called her out about closing early so no I'm not ordering now for you to spit in my food. Lazy woman, I'm sure with how everyone is struggling to keep businesses open, your boss would have probably been happy with 1 more sandwich sold today since technically he's paying you 30 more mins to be opened. Went there about a month ago and they only had wheat bread, barely any meats, and were out of a lot of veggies. Ordered 5 sandwiches from there today, called an hour ahead of the time It was going to be picked up. When my friend got there none of the sandwiches were made, and two of them were wrong after receiving them. I love subway, but I'm not a fan of this particular store. read more

This Subway is one of the worst I have visited. Every time I visit, they are out of some sandwich ingredient. I went there one time at noon and the doors were locked. One of the employees came to the door and said they were out of bread. A sandwich shop that runs out of bread???!!?? The sign on the door says they are under new management. Concerning the 130 Long Branch Rd, Unit 103, Dahlonega, GA 30533-7132 location: Went in to order a meatball sub at around 2:30pm. They were out of all types of bread except the wheat breads. Ordered anyway had to make sure they put the right amount of meatballs on the sandwich, which they didn't. I had to tell her that they shorted me. I only bring that up because it happens about 40% of the time. Paid for my sub and went back to work a mile away. Sat down to eat and it was refrigerator cold. The meatballs and sauce was all cold. I also noticed I received no receipt. So no receipt number to reference. New management has been piss-poor for months now and getting worse. I used to go here sometimes 3 times a week because it is the most convenient place to my office. Now I go maybe once every 2 weeks. After this I may not ever visit this location again. read more
