Yes, I know I should have checked the bag myself, but when you're trying to drive, manage crying kids, navigate an unfamiliar area, and get back on the road, you can only do so much. We've been on the road for 4 hours & have another 4 hours to reach our destination , so turning around isn't even an option. Instead, we have one child screaming because their meal is missing, and the other kids have to share their food because someone didn't take the extra few seconds to make sure the order was complete. Mistakes happen, but when families are traveling, a little attention to detail goes a long way.

I didn't realize that this CFA had been under renovation for awhile and the grand re-opening was on November 2nd. So the line was backed up for a good distance. Luckily I was able to find a spot. I ordered my food from the app and within five minutes, my food was ready for me to pick up. I got the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich with mac n cheese and the fiancée got the Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich Meal. Food was delicious and the service was quick. I asked Miranda for the name of her supervisor and she refused to give it, stating again that she is the manager. If she is the manager I wonder if she is aware that she is being replaced....(see job posting for the job she says she has). The three star review is due to service and the pizza was not as good normal. After waiting in the drive thru I was told to park. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for my order, which was well past my pick up time. The service and food quality at the Hanceville location is much better. I do recommend picking up instead of delivery for fresh pizza. I once used the app to track our delivery order and it seemed there were 3-4 deliveries made before ours. It was an hour from the time our food left the store until it arrived. And no, it wasn't hot as expected. So choose pick up, not delivery.
