The previous time I came to this location they were taking so long to help me I just walked out. I don't know what it is about Eastvale but all the restaurants suck here, the food and the service. I have come to this Subway location many times and I'm never very satisfied with the cleanliness and staff however today on 12/5/22 at around 1:30pm I was greeted and the staff was busy but they were fast and checking accurately at the online orders. When it was my turn the young, bilingual lady that worked there switched to CLEAN GLOVES and that made me very happy! She and the young man working with her were fast and clean making the sandwiches. Been coming here several days now. It's on a small shop but line moves quick. Friendly and helpful staff here, cashier an scan reward via cell phone and if linked with pay-pal, you can complete payment altogether. Oh, this store... One of the few establishments that raise my blood pressure almost every single time. Careless, is an understatement. I swear my sandwiches come out looking like they've been dropped, like whoever made them hates their job. Every now and then you'll get somebody nice but those employees are hard to come by. There could be nobody in line and they make the sandwich like they are speedy Gonzalez. I'm sure it is a subway corporation rule, but why on earth would anybody put mayo and cheese on top of all the sandwich toppings? I go here almost every day for lunch and while some have perfected my sandwich, some get it wrong even though I say it correctly. That means they don't pay attention and don't care about their customers. They willingly remake my sandwich but that also eats up in my time. It can get really busy and I've seen the line go out the door. Not much seating available inside and the outdoor seating is a walk. They don't clean the tables or floors as often as they should. Went in during lunch this week. While the staff is very friendly, this shop is very unorganized, and not too tidy. There were crumbs and sandwich bits on the tables and chairs, with paper wrappers on the floor. When it comes to ordering food: From one employee to the next, the communication on your order gets diminished/lost. I paid for two foot-long specialty sandwiches, at about $9 each. 4 employees touched these sandwiches down their service line. Got to the 5th employee, who was the cashier. I paid via credit card, gave me my bag, said have a nice day, and told me to fill out a customer survey... When I was on the road, luckily I noticed that he didn't put my complete order in the bag! I guess I'll have to keep a better eye out for my own orders in the future. One of the sandwiches I got was the Rotisserie Chicken sandwich. The chicken is shredded to the consistency of tuna. In fact, I thought initially I was eating a tuna sandwich just on consistency alone. But the worst part of this sandwich is that it was a huge wet mess. See the picture I posted for half of that mess. The bread was soaked and everything was falling out. Stick with more conventional sandwiches with little liquid ingredients so your sub doesn't fall apart. I definitely don't recommend the Rotisserie sandwich. As for this Subway store...Sorry. I may head back sometime, but for awhile I'll probably head to some other sandwich place. read more

Today, however, when I called I had the displeasure of speaking to a very rude woman by the name of Noemi. She shouted at me that I was lying and I was essentially just trying to get free sandwiches. I was out in this area to watch a fight at a friends house and this was the only place to eat in the area that wasn't greasy or fast-food. The place is kept very clean and the gentlemen working, made sure he greeted eveyone that walked in. I ordered the steak and cheese on wheat bread. As I was putting the toppings on, he recommended a few things that he liked on top so I took his little tips and tried it out. I really enjoy this subway, but something weird happened when I went just now. There was a couple people in front of us in line, and this one customer orders a 6in sandwich, but changes their mind and asks for a foot long after the worker had already put some pepperoni on it. She took the pepperoni off and tossed the 6in bread back into where the bread is kept. When it was my boyfriends turn to order, he asked for a 6in sandwich and she (I believe her name is Kim) grabbed the bread she had just tossed back in there that had the pepperoni on it and used it to make the sandwich. This review is from Wednesday evening after 10pm. My family & I live nearby & usually have excellent service. 3 visits ago an employee suggested the new "Ultimate" Spicy Italian. Had an excellent taste with a garlic spread & special cheese melted onto the bread. 2 visits ago a gentleman who they say his name is Hustler provided horrible customer service. I asked for a new sandwich advertised & he flat out told me he didn't know how to make it. So I had to choose something else. He seemed to have a bad attitude period. I thought perhaps a one - off. I decide to get a wrap. He says just so you know on wraps we only give you half the meat like a 6 inch. I respond on your menu it says you get footlong portion in a wrap. Is that incorrect? He says he doesn't know & that all he knows is you can't close wrap with footlong worth of meat. So I still order it & just let him be. Fast forward to tonight. "Hustler" is working yet again. The gentleman ordering a sandwich in front of me & my 2 boys gets into it with Hustler saying I got this today at a Subway for lunch. Hustler states they are different & seems to have attitude. He takes order for my 1st son, then Audrey starts making sandwich for 2nd son. He asks if I'm getting a sandwich & I tell him I am still debating. Then when I ask for a bread listed on chart, he states they have every bread except that one they don't carry. So I choose another...& he says he doesn't know what that is. So I select a 3rd bread & he makes my sandwich. Another guest enters the store. While Audrey rings up the sandwiches she is engaging with my boys & I and is making conversation being friendly & jokes that she didn't make my sandwich with love as she did the other two. I joke back that I missed out. She says she will put a smiley face on mine as well. So all of us share a laugh waiting for my card to process. All of a sudden, Hustler yells loudly, 'can you all be quiet, I cannot hear my customer!" Very loud & rudely. We are all in shock. Even Audrey softy responds something like ok Hustler, now it is awkward. As we leave, I say to the guest who is waiting for her food, I apologize ma'am if we were too loud & she says gesturing, waving & shaking head, 'oh no you all are fine.' I told Audrey I was still going to give her a 5 star review despite the antics of her co-worker. I am a VP of Sales for a multi million dollar Company, we were not loud & I've managed 100's of store, District Manages, Store Managers etc. & his behavior was one of the worst I've seen now on multiple occasions. I want to give Audrey 5 stars & all of the other employees I have encountered other than this gentleman.
