Whomever owns this establishment, either give a crap about trying to make good sandwich or just close down. Who the hell puts shredded packaged cheese on a sandwich!? Ever since they covered up the prep area so you can't see, this place has turned to crap (even by subway standards). UPDATE: 9/17/22 We are rudely greeted by an old woman mean and bitter looking by the name of MARY, she very rudely says, "wheat, white or flatbread". I was confused, "No, I want 9 grain". Again even ruder "wheat, white or flatbread". I looked at her wide eyed and then she said " we only have wheat, white or flatbread". Oh...oh ok, I see ok. My grandson says "white" and puts his hand on the window to look closer at the ingredients. The MARY person, raised her voice at him and yells at him to not hang on the window, that it will fall and that he needs to stand back and tell her what he wants in his sandwich. (Side note) Grandson is minimally Autistic with APD (Auditory Processing Disorder) and is very sensitive to pitches and tones, so he went to sit down and play with his fidget toy. She just gives us a dirty look and proceeds to be rude again and asks what we want on for our sandwiches, I proceed to tell her, then she passes them over to Jason? He was very nice, polite, not loud and rude and was very patient with us and had a soft soothing voice that my grandson responded happily too. And came back to finish his order. As Jason was helping us, a young very good looking man next in line was being helped my MARY. Oh boy did she change her tune. She explained to him flirtily, "Hi, good afternoon, we only have wheat, white or flatbread at this time, since corporate is in the middle of testing to see what breads are the people's go to bread". My jaw drops like a hot potato....Wow, just wow.....as I stood there watching her and listening to her, thinking she was just Invaded from a Body Snatcher. This location is inside a Pilot gas station center. While that typically isn't my first choice, they deserve a nod for good customer service, clean facilities, and accurate orders. We've stopped here a few times on our recent travels and enjoyed our sandwiches. The only downfall, because they are independently operated is that the rewards/app don't apply. read more

Not anything that stands out to make this location any better/worse then other locations. Being into a truck stop they keep the restaurant looking clean. Prices are a little higher then off the interstate locations but to be expected. Food taste and takes the average time to get it made and you being on your way. This location does not always give you or accept the specials as seen on tv. Again interstate issue I think. There is plenty of parking especially if you drive an ev. There's 4-5 stations so you can eat while charging your car. There's also a fair amount of parking for the subway should you not been in peak times of travel. Otherwise you might be making your own parking spot beside where the truckers fuel up. read more

I liked this 24/7 Subway inside the Pilot Travel Center. My turkey breast on wheat sandwich tasted great, with fairly fresh bread, a good amount of meat, and no skimping on the fresh veggies. The service at the counter was fast, while the dining area was clean and spacious, with two TVs and background music. Very nice. read more

I came here to fuel my truck, as I'm fueling outside, I could "smell" the delicious fresh bread being baked.. Mmmmmmm I had to stay and have one myself. I walking in and saw that everyone was working hard and the place was super clean. What impressed me the most is that these kids are young! I complimented them on how clean everything was. My friend and I stopped here for lunch one day while we were out shopping. It's nothing too special. A typical Subway location if you ask me. The food was OK as usual. I love their new drinks, especially the cucumber watermelon. They had the same variety of meats, cheeses, and bread as all of the other locations. There was no shortage of any of the sandwich toppings, which should be expected. The customer service was typical, nothing special. The place was clean as expected. My only issue was that they do not typically serve their soup during the evening. I was informed that per store policy, they stop making soup at a certain point of the day, and wait until their stock runs out. Given that it was a cold evening, I was very disappointed by this policy. read more

Stopped by on the way to Prescott. Been here many times and the staff is usually pleasant and do a decent job. This visit ranks the worst and I won't be back. The girl working had a massive attitude. I understand working at the Sub is not a glamorous job, but acting like an ass is out of line. I ordered and she started speaking in Russian or a broken Eastern Europe language. I had no idea what she was saying, and politely said so. She then spoke in English and went back to her dialect. I got my sandwich, grabbed a drink from gas station and started to leave.. I noticed she was telling her co worker and having a laugh. Oh well. The sad news is our employees stop here every day for fuel. Our staff will never eat here again. I've never been so quick to make a review in my life. I don't understand why the ladies serving this morning had to rub my cousins and I the wrong way with just being inpatient and overall rude. I saw the attitude displayed to my cousins before me (they haven't been to subway in a minute, I'm sorry they had questions?) in line and tried my best to be as nice and courteous as possible but not only did the employed didn't listen to how I wanted my sandwich made, she told ME I had it all wrong. If I could give this subway 0 stars I would, sadly, it's not an option. The moment I walked up I was not greeted or asked anything, they just stared blankly at my family and I. I accidentally leaned over the line that designated 6 feet back and the bitchy lady said with horrible attitude "you can't lean over that". Stopped here for lunch, nothing too special. The food was decent. I walked up and the girl started asking what I wanted before greeting me, while she was doing other things. I told her then she continued doing other things while asking what kind of cheese and if I wanted it toasted. She finally stopped what she was doing and put my sandwich together real quick and popped it in the toaster then moved onto the next guy. The second lady was much friendlier and accommodating. As far as the food, I usually get tuna on Italian erb and cheese. I can't do fish normally, but I've always liked their tuna. I usually get baked BBQ lays chips and a Dr. Pepper which make the perfect combo. Not my favorite place to eat, but given the choices in this town, it's okay. Conveniently located near the interstate and a gas station, you can order at the Subway or Cafe Charo Mexican Grill. And it is all in one large room complete with gas station knickknacks. Otherwise, it was your typical Subway. There are tables out in the food court section of the gas station. We opted to eat on the road to save time. read more

Extreme rudeness from the manager. These new covid guidelines are new to all of us and the way she treated me when pointing to a product through the glass was unacceptable. I'm a 17 year old girl wearing a mask please forgive me for forgetting the name of the american cheese. The difference between "please go behind the rail" and something that had the other employees giving me apologetic glances can not be understated after spending 6 hours on the road just trying to get a sandwich.
