We went at 8:30, they close at 9. Doors were locked and lights were off. The employee had to come unlock the door and turn the lights on. She rolled her eyes at every single thing. When i said i wanted mayo (it was empty) she about had a panic attack. I tipped well because it was near closing time but it's unnecessary to have that attitude doing the job you get paid for. Since the moment I walked in to ask about the footlong special for $6 this employee lied and said it didn't exist ....when it did on the app. He was rude to me and my fiance when we asked questions and he proceeded to be rude when we asked for special instructions for the sandwich. He made the sandwich wrong and didn't put black olives. We placed a second online order and so I checked in with him to let him know that it was my order before anyone else was in the store. I got up again to ask when it was gonna be ready since he had 10 people in line now and was making their food first and still didn't make mine and he could have just said "hey no worries I'm working on your order right now" I would of simply said thank you no problem. But instead he proceeded to ignore my question when I asked if he was making my sandwich before the 10 other people who arrived and told me to "sit down and be patient " and would not answer whether he had started on my sandwich or not. I sat down finally because he kept ignoring me and finally once he was done with my sandwich he threw it on the pickup stand and didn't even call my name or say it was ready. HORRIBLE PLACE! SUBWAY 14586 FM 1485 Ste C Conroe, TX, 77306 281-572-1010 this location is an 11-mile round trip for me to/from home. I placed an on-line order totaling $36.57 including $4.74 tip. Arrived at the store and Tammy pointed to my order on the shelf, I picked up and took it home. Opened bag and found that they did not include the 2 bags of chips, so I tried calling store...dialed 10 times with no answer. Opened the Footlong #20 Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch and it had no bacon on it, very sloppy made and then I noticed tiny antlike black bugs crawling on the sandwich paper, I wrapped/bagged entire order back up and traveled back to the Subway (ok now I'm ant a 22-mile round trip). I walked in and explained to Tammy, new employee, no bacon and bugs and asked if she made the order, she said no that it was her manager, but she had already left for the day. Tammy said they were out of bacon that's why it wasn't on the sandwich.... yea think they should have told me! I asked for a refund, she refused and said they can't and needed to talk to the manager, I said fine give manager a call. Tammy talked to her on the phone and mgr said they can't refund but would make me a new sandwich, I don't want a new sandwich from this place with bugs and they didn't have any of the ingredients I wanted. Again, I asked for a refund or a store/gift card so I could go to another Subway, I was refused and when I asked to talk to the manager, she would not talk to me, so I left my order with Tammy, took a picture and gave her my cell number for the manager to call me the next day when she was in next. No call, they don't answer the phone in fact Tammy said the manager won't let them answer the phone....well I want my money back!!! They said the Manager's name is Rodriquez. Horrible place, horrible manager, Tammy was nice but said she was new and couldn't do anything. I left the entire order with Tammy as there was nothing else, I felt I could do other than call the sheriff. I reached out to Chase to dispute the charge, and I am reaching out to corp office to make this right. this place should be shut down as now that I read reviews on it this is not new, they are actually stealing my money, and I should file a report with the sheriff and will pending Corp response. I never write reviews but had to at this place, only one thing to say and is that they use spoiled food. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and the chicken was spoiled to the point where it was sour and smelled horrible. Took it to the lady at the counter to ask her if she smelled something bad and she said it's fine. I was with 2 other people that also agreed that it was definitely bad. I cut my losses threw it away and left without anything else especially since she refused to even acknowledge the problem let alone offer a refund or make a sandwich with different meat. The worst service ever I went to the subway number 42640-0 @11 343 Highway 105 in Conroe and get heavily harassed and provoked by the manager Anna. my son went inside the store to buy two Subway sandwiches. I sit in the car, I saw a dumpster on the side of subway and got out to put some trash in it that I had sitting in my car. Anna ran out of subway and told me ,"you can't put trash in there. It's a corporate dumpster.It's against the law, ".so I said, "OK ", and went back to my car and she told me, "I'm gonna have to call the police if you try to put the trash in there", I sit in my car, she came back out of the store a couple of seconds later and wrote down my license plate. I asked her why she's doing this and she said ,"in case I have to call the police if you put the trash in the dumpster". I shook my head and sit in my car. Then she went back in the store, came back out a couple of seconds later, with a flashlight, looking around the building to see if I had laid the trash somewhere looking inside the dumpster on the subway side and also the neighboring companies, as she was doing that,I went in the store to get her name and her position, that's when one of the employees told me she was the manager her name was Anna. as I was writing it down she came back in the store, yelling, and saying that she was going to call the police on me for putting trash in the dumpster, which I never did, I was so upset. I left out of the store, my sin was still waiting in line for her to make his food. I went backto my car, that's when Anna came back out with a phone ,looking at me as I was sitting in my car, she was calling the police.. My son came out with the sandwiches. They looked a mess. Horrible customer service. The shift manager was walking around the store arguing about a court date with someone on their phone. Terrible product quality. The loaves of bread were undercooked and kept ripping apart as they tried to remove them from the pans. Ordered a salad. They put almost no spinach in the bowl, then added the meat and veggies. I had to ask for more. This usually wouldn't bother me, but it's a SALAD. Anyway, after I got more spinach, they added avocado. Which was plopped in a big BROWN scoop on top of my salad. It had to be removed, taking bacon (which I paid extra for) and tuna off my salad so the avocado could be replaced. The salad was also full of wilted/old spinach.
