The staff that does help is great and they will correct the mistakes. But today I ordered a chicken fried steak sandwich WITH NO lettuce. (Because recently people around the US have been getting sick from lettuce and leafy greens and there have been recalls) I shouldn't even have to explain. My order stated no lettuce. Period. I received the sandwich WITH lettuce. My husband called a staff member back and told them that it had lettuce on it when we asked for none, the staff member took my burger back, said she would get me a new one but then took it inside and scraped off the lettuce and mayo and then proceeded to give me the same burger back. There was still some lettuce on the bun and also Now with no mayo, that I enjoy on my sandwich. We pulled up to drive through to explain to drive through window what had happened.
