You can tell he loves what he does and it makes the customer service he provides shine! I really enjoyed my spicy andouille sausage creation called the Shih Tzu. He said it was the spiciest combo (hello jalapeños)! My wife thought it was one of the best chicken salads she has had! I ordered the Clubhouse Sandwich which came with lettuce, turkey, ham, bacon, cheddar, tomato and mayo on Texas toast, as well as a side of excellent fries for $16.
