I tried a Crispy Chicken sandwich (hold the tomato) and purchased a side of Honey Mustard sauce for $.35 to dress it up. That worked well & the chicken was cooked correctly and was still slightly juicy. (Seven Brothers Chicken teriyaki sandwich is juicier and a little bit thicker but costs 55% more. Buns are comparable.). I would get Culver's Crispy Chicken sandwich again. Attention is needed to the upkeep of the interior of the restaurant. Didn't see much table cleaning going on; just food deliveries to tables and the workers vanished back to the counter area. Next time we go I'll look to see if any of the staff is over 20. It always feels like there's a lot of staff standing around showing limited interest in the customers and no management in the building. The table number placard we received was grimy (see picture) so an unpleasant thought occurred to me as to what the kitchen looks like beyond the pass through window area.... I can't be the only person to notice the gunk on the #14 table placard. Yet no one seems to think to wipe it off. I like Culver's menu and hope the owner keeps on top of things so we can keep them in our eating out rotation.

SUU was actually one of my first college choices, but my parents weren't ready for me to leave home right after high school and they instead wanted me to stay in Nevada and attend college at home. To take a break from driving for a bit, we decided to dine in. I don't think I've ever had Jimmy John's before until this trip. It wasn't too busy inside so we were helped out right away. We both ordered two Little John sandwiches so we wouldn't be stuck with anything massive. I ordered the tuna salad Little John and my LTP ordered the spicy east coast Italian Little John. He considered getting a drink at the gas station next door, but changed his mind and got a drink here. These were some very good sandwiches! Their restrooms were also very clean; this is a major plus for someone stopping here during a road trip. I know Jimmy John's is a chain, but I totally recommend if you ever stop in Cedar City.

Had to wait about 5 minutes but there was plenty of room to stand. But that's what you get when the distance between where I was when I placed the order and their store is less than 2 minutes away. So that considered they weren't slow at all. I got the Greek Gyro again with no tomatoes, cucumbers or onions. Sounds bland? Not at all. The spice on the gyro meat takes care of the flavor. It is a good size so I was full. Friendly counter workers kept churning out orders and most all had a smile while doing their work. That's always great to see.

All the app offered was to increase the existing meats with the $1.85 extra meat option. I didn't think adding a note would do it either since the meal is totaled up and charged when placing the order. Could I have selected "extra meat" and put in the notes to add roast beef? Who knows. Got the sandwiches home and I'm not thrilled with the excessive cornmeal from baking on the bottom of the roll (messy). Also the hot pepper relish That sounded interesting wasn't actually hot in any way and really had no flavor. Maybe my tastebuds were boycotting this other sandwich shop or were really just set on the JJ's flavor profiles and Mike's fell short. I learned that the red wine vinegar just makes the bread soggy in spots after an 8 minute return ride home so I attempted to use the notes section on the app (I think I saw) to have it placed on the side we might have had a better experience. My Italian meat sandwich wasn't really flavorful. Couldn't taste some of the meats that normally stand out. It was a disappointment for me and my husband's sandwich was just okay. The gal at the counter was enthusiastic and friendly and had our sandwiches bagged up shortly after my arrival. So I think we've learned to cover our sandwich needs Monday through Saturday at our usual restaurant provider.

They aren't fries in the traditional sense. If you've ever been to a Shakey's Pizza you'll recognize these as mojo potatoes. They are excellent alone, but, when you top them with sauces and an onion ring and bacon slices and two different sauces... good lord are they tasty! A definite if you've never had them before. The burger itself was really very good. The patty itself is delicate and flavorful. It comes on a gorgeous brioche bun with generous toppings. The meat melts in your mouth and the bun is more than sturdy enough to hold it together without being mealy or tough. It's a perfect balance of bras and meat and toppings. A very enjoyable burger, to say the least. All in all, this entire area is new with lots of parking and an incredible selection of places to choose from.
