As a long standing customer of this specific franchise in Canton, TX, I'm saddened to have to report this complaint as typically my experiences have been pleasant and most staff members have been absolutely refreshing to interact with. Two specifically I could point out in a crowded room. The food, great; this has been my go-to stop for any Subway locally. Unfortunately, today was an off day. I arrived, the only vehicle in line, to order through the drive through. Greated, and the ordering process was pretty seamless. During my order I was informed the Dr. Pepper was not hooked up, upon asking the other drink options I then asked how long before the Dr. Pepper may be hooked up. I asked only because I wouldn't mind waiting for it. I was told it would be a few minutes because they had alot of people in line. And then immediately after, was informed it was hooked up. Excellent! I was excited. I pulled up to the window, still no other cars in line and waited. I sat there for some time and watched them help person after person inside in line, while my sandwich just sat on the counter. Only to eventually have the cashier walk over and ask me if I was waiting on an order. The shock and amazement! I was frustrated as I'm sure you can imagine. That said, this specific team member is one I like. I did mention that if the sandwich was soggy I would ask them to re-make it. I handed it back to him and asked what the process was for drive up orders. He explained that typically the order is taken and then the cashier is informed so they can checkout the person at the window, but he was unaware. I then asked who made my order and he mentioned one of the two ladies inside, so that lead me to believe the break in communication was on their part. Mind you, as we hit this point in the conversation I can see one woman looking over repeatedly, assume the manager given her shirt. About this time, before I can say anything else, she walks over and interrupts. I voiced to her that I was speaking with him. She then grabs my food from him and forcefully holds it out the window and tells me I can take my fucking food and leave. And, then closes the window. Keep in mind there is still no one else behind me in line. So, I drive around to park so I can walk in to ask for the General Managers name and number, but as I'm parking she is walking up to my truck. As I open my door I can here her telling me to not come in her store, that I'm on private property and that if I come in she will call the cops on me for trespassing, etc. I informed her that I had not raised my voice or cursed or at any point been disrespectful and had every right to Park with the intent of coming inside to ask for the GMs information. That she was harassing and threatening me by walking out to my car in the fashion she did. She proceeded to continue to say the same things and began walking inside, and tells me she is the GM. She may be, she may not be, I don't know, but I did tell her that if she is then she needed to learn how to better run her store. Frankly this is not how you do business. Had she not acted the way she did and simply come up to the window to listen and own up to the lack of follow through of the team, that would have been it. That said, she personally escalated the situation when she chose to act as she did at the window and say what she said. Best belive I will not put anymore money into this business. I would rather drive 30 to 40 minutes away from home to a Jersey Mike's at this point. It's better food anyway. read more

We enjoy going most Mondays. Our family of 4 like to go inside to order and take it home. The staff is very friendly, which is rare these days. I also complimented their cleanliness and sliced vegetables. I took a picture of the staff and food to show, but I'm not sure how to add the photo. We'll be back again and again! read more

Did not put the double meat and put onions on it that I said not too. While picking up the order you hear them telling people they were out of serval things in the store. read more

This place was great when the girls were working. Last 2 times were men. The place is being run by the three stooges. Disorganized doesn't describe how long it takes these guys to make a fricken sandwich. Not worth the wait in the drive through. We will look for other options in the future. read more

This subway should not be in business anymore with as awful as the service is. It used to be the best subway around! The last year or so every visit has been awful. Today I had two orders. Simple turkey sandwich's, one foot long, one 6" with different bread and toppings. A medium water and medium Pepsi. Get to the window to pay, the guy tries to ring them up together. I let him know they're separate orders again. He asked which was which. I said first one with 6" sandwhich and a water. Second one footlong with a coke. He separates them, we pay, he gives us the sandwhiches and says have a good day. I said we don't have our drinks! He goes "Well I didn't know you had drinks." Even though I ordered them at the drive through AND told him not even 3 mins prior, that we had drinks to separate them on the orders. Already a little irritated with this but trying to give him the benefit of the doubt he may just be having a bad day.. No. he hands us the drinks. Water has ice and Pepsi doesn't. I sit there waiting for them to come back to the window to give us ice! The other worker comes and says sorry and fixes it while the guy that messed it up is in the background and says "I thought the cup had ice in it already." How do you think it does when you sit there and fill it up with Pepsi and NO ICE? It's just rude and bad service. I thought that was the end of it until we got home and our sandwiches are backwards. The toppings on the 6" are supposed to be on the footlong and vice versa. So my friend paid for a footlong and got a six inch since the other half of the footlong had all my toppings that she can't eat. AWFUL service, waste of money. Many other times I've had issues with this place but just brushed it off, today was the last time. We will NEVER be back here. read more

only 1 star because zero wasn't an option. pulled in at 9:48 pm to the drive thru. female said 'we're closed' over the speaker. my husband said "what time do you close" she said "10pm" he said "it's 9:48", she responded "well , we close at 9:48 today then " unacceptable. will never stop here again and will be sure to pass on this experience to EVERYONE read more

The lady at the drive thru was kind of rude, they asked about my drink size at the window and I told her small but she corrected me to say it sounded like I said medium which I didn't feel like arguing with due to already being fed up with my day, then I get to where I can eat just to discover my order is wrong. Ordered curb side on app, received notice our order was ready, went inside and sat for 20 minutes , watching as a young man preparing sandwiches was in a wife beater t shirt and had been sweating from going outside. GROSS!!! They said they were terribly busy, why did I get a notice they were ready? My salad was missing the lettuce, lol. And the meat was just put in the bowl, not chopped or anything. Wow!!! I'm so confused by the negative reviews here. We stopped here on our way out of Canton today. The place was clean and the workers were friendly and worked fast. All of the vegetables were fresh and delicious. I would recommend this Subway to everyone! read more

Revising review from last week's visit. They also only microwaved my son's meatball sub. He described it as hot garbage. The lettuce was old on the salad. As for requested the steak sub from commercial this has to be a training issue. A coworker's daughter works at another location and there are training packages with videos everytime they roll out a new campaign. I'm told the other subway (inside Valero) is better. read more

Absolutely terrible service. With three girls working together, when it was dead, it took 20 minutes to make my sandwich. As they started to make mine, two of their friends walked in and they proceeded to make their sandwiches ahead of mine. I've never seen such bad customer service. read more

I ordered curbside on the app. I wait outside and eventually go in when the order isn't brought out. They said they don't do curbside, even though the app and the receipt say curb side. My sandwiches were suppose to be toasted and they weren't. The meat wasn't even warmed up, it was cold. And my chicken sandwich smells like tuna. They weren't busy. 1/4/2017. Terrible service. Set in drive thru for over 30 minutes just to get to window and then not have correct order. Then they made sandwiches wrong. Live in canton and will more than likely will never go back. read more
