In fact, hardly anyone was seated inside the restaurant, and it did not seem like a festive Mexican holiday at all. The Tuesday Night Menu was very limited, but I selected very tasty and smooth Stone Guacamole not prepared tableside but including tomatoes, White Onion, and jalapenos, to go with house-prepared salsa and spiced up Tortilla Chips. By request Diane received a complimentary basket of non-spicy Tortilla Chips, as well as a Kids Cheese Quesadilla. Somehow this filled her up. I, on the other hand, ordered a Southwest Beef Burrito with added beans inside, and Roja Sauce and Queso on top. The burro was large, but I finished it, along with more beans, and included rice. Everything tasted good and washed down well with Diet Pepsi. Service by Brett was very good, and at least the decor of the restaurant had the festive feel of Old Mexico, in this instance without the camaraderie of fellow celebrants.

We missed out on the coupons since we passed through this level, to get to the Family Dollar store (there is no mall entrance).
