First they cannot seem to read simple orders. Plain chicken wings came with buffalo sauce on them. We called and were supposedly give a credit. Called to order last night and they had no idea about the credit. Lie one. We ordered and waited an hour for our food to be delivered. We had to call after they were closed already to find out where it was. 15 minutes lady the order showed up. Understanding we are on 4 minutes from the location. Driver showed up and part of the order was missing. Delivery driver told us we could just order a FREE pizza the next day and get out missing item. When we called we were told no and that we could come pick up our missing item. They have absolutely NO concern for the customer. They do not stand behind their products and service. My recommendation is to go to Pizza Pete in town. Better service and pizza.

We spend a lot of time on Brookville Lake and this is on our way home. I ordered a veggie pizza and the pizza was loaded with veggies, it weighed a ton! So that was a good thing but what ruined it for me was the doughy, undercooked crust. This would have been a good pizza if the crust had been cooked through and had any crisp to it at all. I ended up eating the toppings off of the crust and leaving the crust in the box. They have not been here very long maybe it will get better I will watch the reviews and if I think that it's getting better I will give it a try again otherwise it is a no for me.

When you walk in you're on the dining side and there is a fairly high wall separating from the bar. So you may want to mosey to the other side to get noticed. I can see where you could get overlooked for service if you're on the wrong side. The bar has a classic appearance and the decor is country. The parking lot is weird and small, looks like you could get boxed in if you're not careful. There was metered street parking too. Hours of business seem to be in a state of flux so I would definitely call ahead. I was disappointed and very surprised to see they still had Covid fear signs, enough to be annoying, including a request to wear plastic gloves for the salad bar. You kidding me? Five stars for the chicken and hospitality, one for the Covid posturing. I hope to see that long gone when we get back here again.

But my issue was the pulled pork was not warm and the cheese was not fully melted. I'm thinking they might want to warm the pulled pork up then put it in the sub then put it in the panini press otherwise you end up with a cold middle. The country of Cuba is not cold in the middle, nor should the sandwich named for the country. This one issue would not stop me from going back, it's just a small issue they need to work on to go from a good Cuban sandwich to a Fantastic one.
