The gentleman who took our order was very kind as we debated getting a few other things off the menu but we stuck to the dogs. We made it around the building, and, after a short wait, our hot dogs were ready. We drove across the street and sat in the parking lot to eat. These hot dogs....just aren't good. The bun is super soft and the chili has a strange, almost burnt taste. Not tasty. I wouldn't get a hot dog here again, but I would return to try other things off their menu.

Then by the time you drive around to the other side, they collect payment and hand you your food. It really is sudden service. We ordered: Double with cheese for $7.80 Patty melt $5 Large frenchie fry $3.50 Large Dr. Enuf $2.80 Strawberry milkshake $3.40 Cotton candy milkshake $3.40 Total $28.30 after tax. It was a lot of food!!! We couldn't resist because we aren't usually near a Pal's so we wanted to try everything. The French fries were hot and fresh, a bit on the salty side but still delicious. The seasoning they put on their fries are different from other fast food places. We probably could have gotten away with sharing the double with cheese; it's that big! Patty melt was good; it came with a sauce kinda similar to Big Mac sauce. I didn't care for the Dr Enuf but my husband liked it. It kinda has a vitamin flavor to it? Like flintstone vitamins in liquid form lol. Milkshakes were alright; great value for the amount they give. One thing to note, they don't have a dine in option; you have to eat inside your car or park and stand outside to eat. Nowhere to sit.

Ordered at the counter (inside dining is available) and Jason took our order. When we asked questions he said he is new. We decided on ordering two Snack Packs: three tiny chicken fingers that were NOT crunchy, a piece of toast, fries, Zax Sauce, and a separate container of fries. Not sure why the double serving of fries. We were told it came with coleslaw and we did t get any. Iced tea tastes good. They serve sweet and unsweetened tea, water, and there's a fancy Coca Cola machine. Clean dining area. However, the trash was needed emptied as it was very full. Overall not impressed. Dry, bland food that took twice as long to come out to us even though we ordered AHEAD of a large party. They got their food first. Ours had longer to cook and tasted like it sat under heat lamps. Not good.

I needed to be on my way to an appointment and wanted to eat before I left. When I asked for a better option the manager in the white truck, heavy-set dark-haired man, started being extremely rude. It didn't end well, and I have NEVER been back because even after contacting the owners I was not given a resolution. The problem in the Bristol TN/VA area is that these local people who own these chain stores pretty much don't care about the customers OR their employees. This seems to be systemic here.
