I dont believe its very hard to assymble a sandwich well and these guys prove it. My sandwiches were on point. Also the staff were amazing with great conversation and the place was darn clean. The condition of the place may need a bit of repair to be pristine but it aint so bad. Lol. I say, this is one of the best subway experiences I've had in a really long time. I wish I could have given this establishment a zero due to the fact I made 2 orders for pick up and haven't received anything. The restaurant took the money and then cancelled my order both times. The employees acted oblivious to the fact that I even had an order. I eventually received an email stating my orders had been cancelled. The email stated that I could contact the restaurant if I hadn't cancelled my order for more details. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager Gabby and she stated the reason why my order was cancelled was because they don't accept the promotion at that location which was a lie because someone got the same promotion. (We ordered at the same time) I feel as though they could at least call the customers to inform them of the cancellation instead of cancelling an order without contacting the customer and the fact that she lied really made write this review. Also I asked to speak with the owner or a district manager to resolve this issue because I still haven't received any food or any of my money back but Gabby stated they don't have a district manager and she can't contact the owner so if their is an emergency I guess the owner doesn't care enough to leave contact information. I'm writing this review in hopes that the owner can contact me to resolve this issue quickly. I am attaching the confirmation and cancellation emails as well as a receipt from the other person's online order with the same code. I would love to know why would we be allowed to use the code if it wasn't valid for that restaurant or meal? I need answers ASAP! read more

I was making an order where i told the man i wanted a footlong, but he instead gave me a 6 inch. When i seen that, i told him to just add the other half of the sandwich he cut off onto the 6 inch to make both of the slices a footlong. He told me he did not have time to do all of that, and he wanna laugh like it was funny. I was being patient with the man, while he was not listening to what i asked him to do either. This happened today 11/20/24 , time was around 4:15 i believe the man race was Indian. He starred at me as if he wanted me to pay for something he made instead of what i ordered, besides that he gave me the wrong chicken for one of the sandwiches. When i told him i was not paying for that, he then grabbed the sandwiches hard like as if he was mad at me just because he didn't do his job right. This made me upset, but i remained calm about it while he seemed angry at me for apparently telling him "other" than what i wanted. This was a horrible experience i never ever ran into, every other subway is calm and understanding when a mistake like this happens but this man was the opposite of calm. He was rushing me as if he had others in line but i was the last customer. This man must be fired or something because he does his job wrong and does not respect at all. treat customers like shit and refuse to give their 1800 number... served my sandwich cold and refuse to remake it. Or give me a refund, they wanted to take the toppings off and put it back in the oven. Called the Owner he said he would of called them but didn't after 2 1/2hours he called and had them remake the sandwich... they threated the worker saying it was gonna come out of her check if she was to remake it!! I'm not sure where ppl in LA eat but we searched and searched for a place to stop and eat lunch during our road trip from TX to FL and couldn't find anywhere with more than THREE stars. With that being said, It's subway. It had 5 stars. So we stopped here! Walmart was a bit sketch(what Walmart really isn't, though?) but the food was good:-). Veggies were fresh. Lettuce was a it brown so we steered clear. All in all this was the only place we could find that was decent for a quick bite to eat on our road trip. read more
