I'm liking their new Steak & Cheese Nothing at all wrong on this visit, the staff was positive, efficient, and the drink and dining room areas were clean. Parking is close, and there is quite a lot of seating inside. There was a line at lunch when I walked in, but it moved along well. One of the sandwiches that has caught my attention with their Refresh campaign is their Steak & Cheese. I've had it a few times since, and they have always been very good. My sandwich yesterday was excellent. I have learned a new trick and I am having fun with it, and so far it doesn't seem to confuse or annoy anyone. I'll get a foot long Steak & Cheese on white with Provolone cheese, toasted. When I get to the person who adds the toppings, I ask them to make it how they like it. Once they understand they charge right in and make the sandwich. That's what happened again today, maybe the trick is more common than I think. Keep driving! I have never reviewed a fast food restaurant, mostly because it's all universal. You get what you get. This is the first time I have gone to a subway and left with the urge to call corporate and leave a review. I feel like a Karen right now but if I can keep others from getting horrible service and getting overcharged, then a Karen I must be! My salad was so small, I wish I would have taken a photo, but who takes photos of their food before they eat it at subway? Size didn't really matter to me until I was almost done with my tiny salad that consisted of a few slices of Turkey, spinach, lettuce, shredded cheese and smashed avocado. I removed the tomatoes because apparently Toots (that's the name of the subway employee) was incapable of slicing tomatoes for a salad. Which makes me pause to say thank you so much to all the other subways that have caring employees that do cut the tomato!!! My husband had paid for the micro salad while I used the powder room (stay away from there too!). As I finished my salad, I looked down at the receipt and saw my husband paid $12 for it! I had ordered the 6 inch as a salad and they had charged me for a protein bowl. I approached Toots and asked her to be charged correctly and she told me I was incorrect and would not be refunding me. A different lady has taken my initial order and Toots finished it off. I wish the first lady had taken care of me from start to finish because I believe I would not have had the same experience. I understand that with the effects of covid, finding good employees is hard. But this employ is just bad for business! I will never return to this subway and I honestly think that I'm gonna take a hiatus from subway all together. Stay away from this location. I've been a regular customer to this Subway for years ; l live just a short distance away. My visit on Easter Sunday will be my last because of the profanity used toward me by the manager of the shop as I was being served by her. I was socked by her language and disregard for the patrons ( including a child). I'm not a prude but I do expect common civility when I'm in a public setting --like a Subway restaurant. Trying to be fair because I've had numerous great orders from here . Ordered a toasted ham and cheese and a meatball wrap . Ham and cheese wasn't toasted and the meatball wrap was an Italian wrap , not even close . What's annoying is the store didn't check it and neither did the Uber Eats driver . Although I requested a refund from Subway , you still have to pay the Uber Eats driver for not making sure what they picked up was correct . read more

This was the friendliest, cleanest Subway I have ever been in! The women were mature, warm and professional and clearly enjoyed their job and working with each other. They had wonderful communication skills. Everyone was busy using their time well. Not idle, but used any extra time to sweep up their floor, etc. If I weren't just passing through off of I 75 on my way to Ft Myers, I would want to come here regularly! This subway has the worst customer service of all time. It is literally worth driving to a different location because the workers there are extremely rude and do not care one bit about customer satisfaction. They basically tried to put me down for trying to use a coupon. It's not right to try and make customers feel inferior for using coupons. read more
