Why is this location literally ran by teenagers? I ordered 2 subs and they were completely out of chicken and meatballs. The whole time (because they were kids) they were bickering, the older one belittling the younger one when he asked questions. There was not one adult in there. In fact the only other person in there was the younger ones brother and he was messing with him the whole time. Completely unprofessional, they're always out of things (not the first time) and they all seem to never know what they are doing, adult or not. They've also covered the meat side up which I believe is to hide things. I've given up on this location. read more

Customer service was very curt, even for a completely empty restaurant at 6:30pm. Asked for a tuna sandwich, the serving of meat was beyond thin and could still see bread still in the middle of the sandwich. It was totally drowned in mayo and mustard, unable to even see the vegetables beneath the soup of condiments. I threw the sandwich out after two bites as the only flavor was mustard, a waste of ~$8. A painful reminder of why I shy away from Subway now. My disappointment cannot be overstated. read more

Service was terrible. We ordered online and were waiting outside. The only two workers both came outside. One made a phone call to someone who seemed like her mother complain about how rude a costomer was and the other walked over to the nearby grocery store to buy snacks for herself. When they were making out sandwiches they were out of most ingredients we wanted. When our food finally was ready after waiting 20 minutes passed our expected ready time the inside of the store was not clean and made us not really want to eat the food we purchased. read more

I used their mobile app to order. I ordered a rotisserie style chicken on regular Italian bread with provolone cheese. Spinach tomatoes lettuce and extra onions. The first thing I noticed was they put it on Italian herb and cheese. Then I noticed there was no chicken, on a chicken sandwich there was no chicken! There was hardly any cheese. and they put extra spinach but only a regular amount of onions. I didn't realize how difficult it was to read off a list and make the sandwich accordingly, but apparently it's extremely difficult! read more

am very, very displeased with this subway. I live a couple towns over and I was passing through a couple days ago so I decided to stop and get some food. Big mistake. First of all it was very dirty, there was crumbs on almost every table in there and the floor looked atrocious. It was about 6pm when I went in, there were two people working a middle aged man with facial piercings and a younger looking girl with brown hair. The service was terrible, there were two people "working" the girl was inside with people piling up and the man was outside smoking, when he finally came back in after 10 minutes he smelled awful. Now I'm not one to judge but he smelled like weed, very skunky and putrid. Not very professional if you ask me. As he put his gloves on- without washing his hands may I add, he started to take the woman's order in front of me. He was very rude and made weird comments to the girl he was working with that made everybody uncomfortable. As he started to make my sandwich he was visibly annoyed when I said I needed three sandwiches, the toasted was out of order which isn't a big deal, he offered to microwave my sandwiches and I said yes, again he was visibly annoyed. The girl who rung me up was very polite and professional, she apologized for the wait which I very much appreciated. As I was getting my sides he came back out to sit in the lobby, now obviously I didn't tip because I was not pleased with my overall experience. As I left I could hear him talking very loudly about how he hates people who come in and dont tip. 10/10 would NOT recommend coming here and they should fire the man. read more
