During busy times sure it takes a minute to get my order but it's always prompt. The sandwiches are incredible tasty. I've had them periodically over the last 4-5 years and they always have great flavor. The hummus is very good and the pita bread is soft and a perfect match. The atmosphere is quiet and accommodating. My wife and I do get stares from other patrons (she's not white) but that's them not staff. Staff is always friendly and warm. I'm writing this review from my last visit and it's making me want coffee. I'm feeling a visit tomorrow is in order.
