Somebody from the back tells the girl at the counter to stop taking orders and come help and out food. So there I stand for another 5 minutes not even ready to order yet as I still don't have a complete menu. All that's on the boards in front of me are the meal deals. So I left. I tried to get their attention before leaving just to alert them that the machines were turned off and all they did was wave back and say we'll be with you as soon as we can. Including the girl they pulled from the front counter it appeared to me like there was four people working there. I don't own a Wendy's I've never managed a Wendy's so I don't know how many people it requires to Ronnie Wendy's but I'm guessing they were one person short.

However, the coupons had already expired six months earlier, making them unusable. I appreciate that the food order was correct, but the excessive wait time, restroom condition, and expired compensation left a poor overall impression. I hope management addresses these issues.

I got burgers and fries, and they tasted exactly like I expect a McD burger and fries to taste. Soda and water were the only drink options, no tea today. Atmosphere - it's a typical corporate McD's, completely soul-less with very 1984 vibe (the book, not the year). There are self-order kiosks if you don't want to interact with any humans. Let's face it, nobody comes here for the atmosphere anymore. Fortunately there is still an actual register too.
