If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have a name that relates to a famous person who screamed his wife's name all the time. One of the employees screamed it multiple times, while he was making our sandwich. Also, they put cheese on my sandwich when I asked for no cheese. On Sunday, 7/21/24, I placed an order online with Burger King delivery. I had to pay a delivery fee of over $5. I ordered a meal with fries and a soda and a large iced coffee. My order was placed at 1:33pm. An hour later, I tried calling Burger King several times to find out where my order was and each time I only got a busy signal. I was at work and couldn't leave the building so I could not go to Burger King to check on my order. My order never arrived but my card was definitely charged. Not happy about that. read more

I stopped here early yesterday (Monday) morning on the way to Watkins Glen. We had originally parked at the Dunkin' Donuts near here but I suggested to my companion that we hit up Burger King because I'm not a big fan of Dunkin. I went inside and was waited on right away. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant meal with hash browns and a coffee. I ordered my coffee with three cream and three sugars. It wasn't as sugary as I usually like my coffee, which was fine, because it was hot and that was what I needed. I also ordered an additional order of hash browns for my companion and two sausage, egg, and cheeses on a croissant for him. The hash browns were perfect. The croissant sandwiches were good too. The service wasn't the friendliest but the food was out quickly, which was great. I feel like it was kind of pricy for all of that food but it was fine because it tasted great and was exactly what we needed. read more

This was at exit and I know that in rainy weather , I can get hot onion rings and fries! As well as veggie burger. No other fast food place sell veggie burger. Robin Hood recently stared it but at premium price. As I said I ordered veggie burger meal with small onion rings and side salad to add more leaf to my diet. All my order come out fast and hot. Only thing I have to comment on is buns used on this sandwich are same size as regular burgers and not big as flame burgers. May be brand should look in to it to make large buns to attract more veggie lovers!! read more

Incompetent experience from top to bottom. Very long wait, delivered sandwich was opposite of ordered (anything I asked to leave off they doubled) and sandwich was delivered to my hand COLD. This sandwich was uncooked. Stay away for your own safety and sanity. read more

Clean, fast, updated dining room - seemed very normal for a BK to me. Our only issue was they ran out of Sprite and all 3 of us were looking forward to a soda on our road trip, but can't have caffeine. The cashier said they had Root Beer that was caffeine free so I purchased the sodas, but when I looked it was "Barq's" and Barq's definitely has caffeine. So if I'd listened to her, we all would have had issues. They were a little weird about returning it, trying to convince me to drink lemonade or iced tea (which also has caffeine), but they eventually gave me a refund. read more

I visited there last night around 845,once I ordered my food I watched it get made,then watch the counterperson stand there talking switching phone numbers with somebody else for five minutes. So needless to say poor service and cold food. read more

Visited Bath Burger King on 04-16-14 and was quite disappointed. The kitchen area was visibly dirty and I felt like I was inconveniencing them by coming in and ordering breakfast. Wait time was long and I ended up asking for my "fast food" to go since the girl who took my order decided to wait on her drive through customers (who came after me) before completing my order. I probably won't go back there and won't recommend it. On a previous visit a week earlier, I ended up leaving as no one even bothered to come to the front register and wait on me and I had to get to work. Not the first time that happened either. read more
