I give this Place 5 stars. I came here using the bathroom and to get a Frappé, with Two of my Favorite Pumpkin Crème Pies. First off the Man there, who helped me out on the register was super fast and really kind. He told me "he'd be right with me" He was very Efficient in his job. I waited a short amount of time for my Drink and Pies. And when he handed me my Bag to go, I Noticed it was a little Heavier than Just Two Pies... He gave me a free fry. What A Great Guy! Thank you! 2/17/25 stopped at the McDonalds in Bath Ny while traveling from Maryland. The weather was terrible and we needed gas. We decided to grab a quick lunch. This McDonalds was clean and the food was hot! I spoke to Nick the manager and told him the food and service was great! We were there at 12:30 and they were busy. Tables were cleared and wiped down. garbage cans were not overflowing and the beverage station was stocked with straws and napkins. Restrooms were also clean! It was a pleasant surprise to find a McDonalds that was well managed and had an excellent staff! read more

High quality customer service. Pleasantly surprised for a McDonald's how polite, prompt and courteous the staff was. Food is McDonald's, yea. But you can tell when the workers care enough to prepare it like they would for themselves. The drive thru worker kindly recommended how to order a sandwich I wanted without an up-charge though my ordering verbiage. Customer over corporate policy, that's rare and appreciated! During the monopoly contest me and my boyfriend would come here just about everyday and order the same things (large fries, large sodas) and the staff is friendly enough that nobody ever said anything haha. If you have kids they'll love this place because it has a play area. read more

Very bad service!!! We got up to order our food and the lady told us to wait a minute and was very rude. Then rushed us through our order. And sitting in line for 20-30 minutes we saw and older lady yell at the customers. Then as we pulled up to the window they proceed to tell us the price and then tell us that their card machine was down. Instead they should be more polite and warn people before waiting a half hour in line. read more

June 10, 2014 Tuesday - breakfast 8:30 AM 4 adults and a kid Atmosphere - 3 stars Food - 4 stars Service - 3 stars Background - On our way to Buffalo and we needed breakfast. Atmosphere - Wow this should have been the warning sign. I get that you want the outside of the place to look great but don't be putting down fresh compost/manure in the plant area. The place stunk and you could not avoid the area. Food Drinks - none. Appetizer - none. My Main Course - Two sausage egg McMuffins, most of been sitting the holding area for a bit. Dessert - none. Service - I get that there are five of us in the party. We each gave the cashier our orders. This seemed a little over whelming to her. She had to get help to enter in the hot chocolate. They did call our number rather fast. Got there to find out it was just the food items. So my family took the items back to the table. I waited for the drinks as the manager indicated they would be up soon. I need four drinks for my group as I did not order one. One was handed to me, my daughter ran this back to the table. This was repeated for drinks two and three. Four I am still standing and the manager started to take the order of the next customer. So I review the receipt to make sure it was four, yes it is. It was for a pop, they never gave us the cup when we order. At the time my mom walked up and a demanded the cup from our cashier cutting me off. What annoys me is how they delivered the drinks and an ignored me standing there, clearly I was expecting more. Future - who knows? read more

After waiting 20 minutes in the drive-through where people were actually beeping their horns and getting out of their cars, I was charged the wrong prices for food in spite of bringing it to the attention of the girl in the first window Who claimed it was correct. After she gave me my receipt and I was able to view it it was in fact incorrect just as I had stated, so I had to get the price adjusted at the second window. Ordered a quarter pounder with only cheese and nothing else, only to get a bun with a hamburger patty in between it with no cheese. The receipt even said quarter pounder with cheese only. Also did not get the correct beverage. Was also charged $1.49 for a $1 drink. Probably my worst mcdonalds drive thru experience ever. Service RIDICULOUSLY slow!!! Barely anybody in the restaurant and it took 20 minutes to get 2 burgers and fries. Nobody in the work area had any haste whatsoever and it looked like they were leisurely just chilling out like there was nobody else in the world that needed to be anywhere. FAST food? i dont have high expectations for fast food other then well it should be fast. this is the slowest mcdonalds ive ever been to in my life which is saying something since ive traveled all over the county and lived in several different states. its crazy that leaving 20 minutes early to work is not enough time to get my food and eat it before i have to be at work which btw is right next door. the food is always hit or miss sometimes the burgers taste fresh sometime they taste like they have sat for hours. the fries sometimes dont end up getting salted and then i really feel like i wasted my money since i rarely get french fries then when i do they arent good because there is no salt. i go here often because its right next to where i work but i honestly just turn around if i see more then 3 to 4 cars in the drive through because i know it will be a 15 to 20 minute wait. read more
