This location has gone drastically down hill and the last time I came in here my food tasted like chemicals. It was so nasty I had to throw it away. They need to do a better job cleaning for sure. The bread had deep slices throughout and crumbled. The meat was super thin and could not taste it. I have bologna at home that one piece is thicker than the 3 slices that were on the Cold Cut Combo. I'd rather pay more for thicker meat. We bought 2 and they both sucked! Cold Cut Combo which used to be my fav but we will NEVER go back to any Subway. It was beyond terrible. The staff was pleasant but still I can't overlook the quality and quantity of the sandwich. This was the worst sandwich from the sloppy bread to the thinnest meat I've ever seen. Not sure why this place is rated low. In my opinion, this is the best Subway in the High Desert. Every time I come to this place, regardless of the time, it's super clean. I've seen quite a few employees there and all of them have always greeted me even when they are busy. The employees have made great recommendations when I ask for them. Most importantly, the veggies here are always fresh and crunchy! We all know that fresh and crunchy veggies are what make the sandwich. I have been coming to this Subway for over 5 years. I have been using the app recently to order and the service is poor. I have ordered flat bread sandwiches toasted and they do not toast them. My most recent order I asked before leaving if they were for sure toasted as I ordered it that way and even made a note in the comment to make sure to toast. I staff ensures me that the my toasted the sandwich- upon arriving home, the sandwich was not toasted as I asked. What a change from the previous service we experienced at this location. read more

I always come to this subway because they employees are friendly and always give me extra pickles. My kids like to eat in the subway so we get our food for there. The employees have been patient with my kids changing their minds a million times. My youngest son likes the pizza that they make in the flat bread. He always has them cut it into smaller pieces. He is 5 and they let him order his own food without rushing us along. The other two reviews I read about this subway really surprise me because they don't match my experience at all. I have refused to eat at other subway locations because of rude people. This is one of the best subways in the high desert. The only one better is the one on main St by the school district building. Worse service I've ever had. Waited inline 45 minutes! 3 employees working during noon hour. 2 guys and a girl. The girl was useless, I've never seen an employee work that slow, she should not be working the lunch crowd. Not only was she slow in creating sandwiches she let the call in tickets backup on the computer. This caused the employee who filled the call-in orders to get backed up. The line remained to the door while I was there and several people walked out. I doubt I'd ever return to that location again. read more

Came to this location around noon today and was greeted by an African American female(race is prevalent to review) she was busy stocking things by the door. As i proceeded further Into the store i was greeted by 2 more women who where just standing around speaking Spanish and laughing. I didn't receive help until the young lady who initially greeted me stopped what she was doing to come help me. Whilst she was making my sandwich the Spanish speaking and laughter continued in the back. The lady helping me appeared to be very uncomfortable with them doing so. The line continued to grow as the 2 lady's stood in the back doing nothing. The young lady who was making my sandwich had to excuse herself to ask for help. Very unprofessional on their part. I handed the $10 bill to my daughter to pay for her meal and all of a sudden get accused of doing a money switch and trying to pass off fake money. I love this Subway, the people are always nice, especially the guy with the tattoos, he is always so upbeat and friendly. They work at a really fast pace, and there is usually a long line when I take my lunch break at 12, but other than that (that they cant help) its a great place to go grab something to eat, their cookies are always good and fresh. read more
