So the other issue was how the Rep took my call. I know the location closed at 9p, so I tried to call in before closing to inform them of the issues of a missing item, I did not know about the apple issue until after they closed. So I phoned in about 8:12p, a woman answered expressing I phoned into Panera, no name, I felt I had to work hard to try and get a name just to respectfully address the person. Or take a pen mark ingredients. Originally I would have given 5 stars I all was great, I subtracted 1 star due to missing item, subtracted the other star due to apple seeds. I should have given 2 stars, but trying to be nice and give 3 stars. I will say big difference from ordering and coming in, you seem to get the order correct when we come in, but can not get it right when delivery, If you need to just slow down, take your time, quality check and make sure everything is good to go with green light.
