Starting off we were waiting on two more people to come and join us. The young waitress took our drink order and went and got it. The rest of our party showed up 5 minutes after the drinks were brought out. We didn't see the waitress at all after since the drinks were brought out. After 15 minutes have gone by, I went to go and find her and found her and others gathered in an area as soon as you walk through the door. She claims that she was putting in an order for someone else. All I seen was a group standing around. She took our order, three of us ordered off the menu and the other three the salad bar. The three that ordered the salad bar had made three separate trips and were finished eating and we that ordered from the menu were still waiting. We waited a total of forty minutes before receiving our food. The young waitress walking around like she was not in no hurry. Gyro, wrap and a spaghetti plate took about 45 minutes. The restaurant has potential to be a good place to eat but if they don't deal with the way they serve there customers, I don't see it staying in business very long. Please work on your customer service. That means greet them with a smile even if you are having a bad day or you just don't feel like being there, don't make them wait or have to come and get you to service them and check to see if the food or drinks that they ordered are correct. If the management doesn't put forth the effort to fix these problems then this place needs new management or a new owner for it to stay open.
