I had the opportunity to meet the new owner, Holden who mentioned to me that he is still in training and learning the recipes as they plan on keeping the same menu and maintain the same quality and tasty food. The Pineapple and Ham Calzone we had ordered was huge, probably;y the biggest I have ever seen in these parts. It could easily feed 2 people, even with that we had to box the leftover. The crust and cheese, ham mixture in Ricotta cheese were made to perfection. I must say the crust was one of the best I have ever tasted for a Calzone. It was awesome! the portions were most generous. For my first Graziano experience, it was certainly an A+!! The wait staff deserved a generous tip for their very friendly service. Nothing beats house made. The eggplant parm was delicious, and the sauce had a nice flavor. I'm from a massive Italian town up north where you can throw a stone in any direction and hit an Italian restaurant or pizza joint, so I'm very particular. Based on this experience, I'd recommend the pizza, but I would skip the Marsala. They gave an accurate estimate of wait time, prices were reasonable, and from what I saw the restaurant was clean. I would also like to acknowledge it was later in the night and they were going to be closing in the next hour, which might have caused a bit of a rush on the food, I'm not really sure.

The workers for the truck were not available most evening or night shift hours and 5 of the 11 days they just did not bother to show up for any shift. So poorly executed for the men and women of the project that just wanted a hot meal.
