Stopped by Subway today and had such a great experience. The two girls working were incredibly fast, super kind, and really helpful the whole time. You could tell they were working hard and still kept such a positive attitude. I didn't catch their names, but one had pink hair and the other had blue hair. I was hungry and ordered subway on the app for curbside pick up. They offered it so I waited yo leave my home until it was closer to the time it said it would be done. I got there a couple minutes before it said it would be done and I've been waiting for almost 30 minutes and have tried calling them multiple times but no one answers the phone. I was running late and looking for a quick spot for lunch so I thought I'd try Subway. I ended up leaving very dissatisfied! Prices have increased but quality has gone down. Only a few people were in front of me but it looked like they were understaffed with only one person making the sandwiches. It took almost 30 minutes to get my food. Only one type of bread was available, there were no vegan protein options, and the veggies looked like they had been sitting there for days. Overall it was a bad experience. read more

I was received with a welcome and team members were friendly. I placed my order (Meatball Sandwich) and took it to go but when I arrived home I noticed they only put three meatballs in the sandwich. I returned to the store and they offered me another sandwich and I declined, I asked for a refund and the gentlemen at the register alleged he couldn't do it only the store manager had access to do refunds and she will get back to me the next. The next day I didn't get a call or a refund I called the store and a female team member answer and was very rude and started telling me I should off check my order before leaving the store. They should make every order to customers specifications and if you don't have enough product make the customer aware and suggest a different sandwich. I wrote a complaint and I'm still waiting for a manager to reach out, it has been 20 plus days. I don't recommend this store. read more

We are traveling through and stopped here for lunch. One young girl was the only one working because the other employee had to run and get meat from another store. There were six of us in line plus an online order that had come in. She totally handled the whole place efficiently and with charm. She did not get flustered, moved quickly but did not get short with people who were not ready to order. She is your employee of the month!! read more

Beware of this subway. I went in to get a protein bowl turkey provolone not only did I get turkey and provolone I also got a huge moth at the bottom of my bowl. When I called to ask the managers name to gile a complaint a lady staff member, who wouldn't give me her name after hearing about my experience and asking for a manager, took my number said a "manager" will call me and hung up on me after asking her name again. By far the worst subway sandwich shop I've been to. The short girl at the counter is extremely rude and of no help whatsoever!! The other female was of more assistance but kept looking to the other for approval?? This attitude was enough to ruin the visit so we decided to leave without completing order! Never go to subway on 98th and Central its the worst service ever! I was not greeted or even acknowledged when I walked in. It took 30 minutes to make two 6in subs. Instead of helping the 5 people standing right in front of them they were more interested in doing online orders for people who weren't even there yet... not even eye contact with customers. We decided to stop for Subway and as soonest I walked in the store looked so dirty the floors where wet and sticky from the fountain drinks that where spilled on the floor. They where telling the long line of customers they only had the bread cheese and herbs, I decided to wait and take the only bread they had since we had been traveling for a couple of hours now. After a long day, my husband and children went to this Subway when we could have gone to a different location because on Google it said they were open until 10pm and near our home area. When we got there at approximately 830pm, the chairs were put up and a young man was sweeping the floors. We came in and he was very polite. There was a young woman working with him and I felt she was rushing us in asking about our order and what we wanted, etc. After we paid and went to sit down, the woman said "our lobby is closed. We close the lobby at 830p, that's why the chairs are up." My husband questioned her because the door, (and not to mention Google) said that they close at 1000pm. And the woman says "well that's the way it is, that's what we do." She had an irritated tone of voice as if to imply, it doesn't matter what you think, this is how it is. No apology, no customer service, no kindness about it, just an oh well kind of attitude. My husband insisted we were going to sit down as a family, as my kids were hungry and starting to get fussy. The woman said, "sir you need to call my manager, her number is on the door". She continued to tell my husband to call her manager. My husband dialed the number on the door and even asked the woman for her manager's number, which she said was on the door. He called it and it led to the store, which the woman at the store picked up the phone and then hung up on my husband!!!! After that, he told her that she gave him the number for the store, and she knew that. Then the woman said, "ok I'll give you her direct number" (which tells me not only was the worker rude, had no sense of good customer service, but she intentionally lied on top of that! Who would hire such a person!?) So then my husband called the cell phone number for owner Sasha Davis twice and it went to voicemail both times. He also texted her that he was at her store and having an issue with her employees and she still didn't answer. The young woman worker said again for my husband to call her manager and leave the store, but my husband responded saying he did call and she didn't answer and he was going to finish his meal with his family. She then said again that we "were going to have to leave at 9p, because that's when the lobby closes" (wait, what happened to 830p????) didn't even eat my food as I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I mean, here we are, paying our money for a product, and getting treated like unwanted rodents in a restaurant, shooed off. We felt like she was trying to hurry up and get us out so they could leave. Isn't it false advertising that the wrong hours are posted on Google and the door? I mean, they could have even told us when we came in that they were closing, but said nothing. I am appalled, I am shocked, and this kind of treatment should not be tolerated. I want to spread the word because even though everyone makes mistakes, sometimes have a bad attitude, whatever the case, but it should be resolved. A business owner or manager should care about their clients and respond and ensure that their personnel ALWAYS treat their customers with care. I Have to say I was EXTREMELY disappointed! The food was fine but walking into a basically empty food place and being shoved through the line (which was not there) is one of the most stressful and upsetting experiences I have been through in a long time! also those employees could have been a little more helpful when I was trying to place my order. It seems apparent that no one really cares but I feel I have to express myself in order to relieve some of the stress. On March 24, 2019, at 8:30 pm, I was treated so rudely and felt so uncomfortable that we both left. I ordered tuna, but I do not eat bread. The female clerk kept shaking her head , making ugly faces, and saying, "No bread?". Another female clerk asked if I would like the order in a bowl or salad, but clerk behind counter kept shaking her head and making ugly faces. I have ordered items before in a bowl and in salad. If I could give 0 stars I would. There is no other words to describe this location other than HORROBLE! We had a bit of a large order of 6 subs and the young female who was "helping" us was extremely rude, rushing us and speaking over us when we were trying to order. When she got an order wrong and we politely corrected her she grunted, rolled her eyes, and threw the meat back into the bin. It's the worse subway ever my wife and I walked in and as soon as we walked in all of the employees went toward the back so that they wouldn't attend us one of them saw us and came out she said if we had an online order we told her no and as soon as she heard us say that she started saying the many items they were out being only 920. They thought that we were going to say never mind and turn around but they thought wrong. When this happened the girl called the others to come out and you can tell they came in a very rude manner the other girl made our sandwiches almost throwing the ingredients on the sandwich after making the two sandwiches that took less than five minutes to make the girl that made the sandwiches charged us only one out of the two sandwiches because she knew that we had seen the way they acted. I had an awful experience. I ordered my Subs ONLINE because I was under the impression it was for delivery, then not only was it not delivery but I couldn't find anywhere on the website where you could specify that you want your subs Toasted so at the end I see that it says pick up only and the sandwiches wont be toasted so I go ahead and call subway on 98th and central and the phone just rings endlessly, after maybe 5 mins it goes to an answering machine so I call and let the phone ring again for another 5 mins before I'm basically pissed off and drive over to the store thinking either I can just take them as they are or maybe they will offer to make new ones? Unlike most business's there is no sign outside to signify the capacity limit and there's about 4 customers inside and another three people standing outside in 100 degree weather with no shade and an employee comes out to speak to someone in their car and as she walks past me rudely just says "Just wait a while" and darts back in not even thinking to ask me if I'm there for a pick up and then the other customers outside who look like they all just rolled out of bed look at me and say "We have a line out here" as if to suggest that I'm trying to cut in front of them. Mind you, I ordered my sandwiches and already paid for them as well ahead of time so this is all BS and I did not wait out in direct sunlight while it's 100 degrees outside so I got into my car and waited until the other people went inside and then I went inside as well and got my food finally but by this time I would estimate that my cold un-toasted subs had most likely sat there for about 20 mins after they had been made and were soggy and gross by the time I got them and I was way too frustrated with the whole thing to bother telling them how horrible my experience was because they were NOT even busy, had at least 4 employees and only maybe 5 customers and my food had just been sitting there the whole time. read more
