Downloaded the subway app. First use was an order at this location. I've been a longtime fan of Subway sandwiches, but this experience was really bad. The app told me the order was ready within about ten minutes. I arrived about fifteen minutes after the initial order. WOW! Really bad. One employee out front having a cigarette, one employee who greeted me with sweat pouring off his brow wiping tables, then the slow one behind the disgusting vegetable trays ignored me for a few minutes. All while there were at least two order bags with receipts on the counter behind him. I had already paid for my meal via apple pay ($18 with a tip). I was so frustrated with the restaurant that I told him to "just keep it". I walked out, went across the street and up a ways to a very clean well run McDonald's. Booooo Subway. Me and my family went in getting 5 different sandwiches and associate Justin was amazing he opened the door for us clocked and and went to work it was very busy as he clocked in only 2 people working Justin and Cody both were doing they could to get everything taken care of while giving excellent customer service but another associate before Justin clocked out (didn't get a name) left them both hanging with no help increasing the work load but Justin showed great leadership giving direction and helping everyone definitely coming back if Justin's here read more

In my experience, there's nothing wrong with the food at this Subway per se. Every sandwich that I've had has been competently assembled according to how I wanted it done. The ingredients have always been fresh. So no complaint there. But I do have one major complaint that has gone consistently uncorrected over the course of several months and multiple crews. They are unable to keep their tea filled. I've gone there several times at different times of the day, and more often than not, they're out of tea. I'll usually be able to eak out enough to fill my cup, usually by tipping the container, but not enough for a refill. I'll bring it to the attention of the crew in hopes that they'll brew another batch, but nothing happens even though I'm there for half an hour. And usually both the sweet and unsweet are empty. AND THEY ARE NOT BUSY. Yes, they do have other tasks to attend to in the back, and the occasional customer up front, but it's not like they're getting slammed at noon. And I've had enough. I'm not eating at this one again. My workplace is pretty much equidistant to another Subway, I just hope this other location knows how to keep its tea urns filled. read more

Subway on North White Sands at Alamogordo Mall: I was very disappointed in my order with your restaurant yesterday. All items were incorrectly and sloppily made. Wrong bread, wrong toppings. Bread ends were stale. The meat on one sandwich was so sparse that I had to double it up from the other half and it was still sparse. On the other sandwich there was a huge scoop of onions in one spot that I had to scrape off. Missing the mayonaise. Etc etc etc. barely edible. The sandwiches were good and place was clean. Toaster was broken, but it is what it is. Only thing I didn't like was music choice that was playing. They were playing rap with a bunch of cuss words.
