The first issue was simply placing our order. We could barely hear or understand the employee taking it, and when we politely asked her to repeat herself, she seemed irritated by the request. After paying, we were asked to pull into a parking space--along with at least five other cars--to wait for our food. There was only one customer inside the restaurant, yet we still waited nearly 15 minutes. When an employee finally brought out our order, she told us they were still waiting on one more biscuit. My husband went inside to get it himself, only to discover our son had already found it in the bag. So, I guess we ended up with an extra biscuit. The food itself was just okay, but the service was frustrating from start to finish. I'm not sure if this is a staffing issue, poor organization, or a management problem, but something clearly isn't working. It's disappointing because a simple breakfast stop shouldn't take this long or be this confusing. I know fast-food restaurants are under pressure, and I try to be understanding, but good customer service still matters. This visit left us wishing we'd stopped somewhere else.
