There was a line up at the cashier at the time so i used the self serve kiosk. Luckily I remembered there was a coupon to get a discount on The McFlurry so I scanned the coupon in the kiosk machine. However, I didn't realize that the total was incorrect until after I paid and the kiosk charged me full price. The coupon was applied on the receipt but it didn't discount it. Realizing this, I went straight to the cashier lady and told her about the overcharge. To her credit, she immediately apologized for the mishap and offered me a full refund for the inconvenience. I accepted the offer making the McFlurry essentially free. Kudos to the employees for the excellent service! The McFlurry was delicious as expected. The dining area was smaller and older styled than other McDonald's but it was clean. It was a nice day so I ate at the outdoor patio which was also spotless. I will definitely go to this location in the future if I'm ever in the area. :)
