That was in 2020 but the problem was never fixed. He died the following year but I did not know about this until early this year as I was going thru his old checks. It was then I called Roto-Rooter and asked for a copy of any signed contract. When it finally came, I saw the part I have posted that said when they use a camera, if the camera is not able to see when the problem is due to any obstacles in the way, then they cannot guarantee the problem being fixed. My late husband, 75 yrs old at the time, put his initials on that line but then why charge all the money if you cannot resolve the issue? I am now suing them in small claims court. They have taken no responsibility. My advice: Do Not Use These People!!!! BEWARE!!@

Initially was told the owner was the only one who could give an estimate. Had to wait just to schedule. Two days later I got the appointment for the estimate. On the morning of the estimate I get a text approximately 40 mins before the estimate saying the appointment needed to be cancelled and they would call the following week to reschedule.....and they never did. Another local company got the business. If they can't complete something as simple as an estimate, I wouldn't trust to do the work.

(Note: unless they're licensed, your warranty will be void. We didn't know better). The unit was just over 5 yrs old ... yikes. Fast forward to us scrambling to find a responsive plumbing service/contractor because the leak was constantly flowing. After several dead ends over a span of a few days, I found All About Plumbing. Ray and his team were very easy to work with. Responsive. Very reasonably priced. Ray recommended a great replacement and was able to come out on short notice (less than 24hrs). The only downside is that this business doesn't accept Credit Cards (they only accept check/cash/zelle) but I can't completely fault them for that. They're just a little more old fashioned with their operations. All in all, very happy with the service. I'd definitely reach out for any future needs.

He came out promptly the next day to do the install. His work was clean, he was professional and explained the warranty for my new tank. We had a water heater emergency Saturday evening and reached out to Albert at AW Adams Installs…read morethrough Yelp. He responded quickly and came out early Sunday morning - we honestly didn't expect that kind of response time on a weekend without paying emergency rates. Albert texted to confirm the appointment that morning and arrived right at the start of the time window he'd given us. He assessed the situation, confirmed the unit needed replacement rather than repair, and gave us an exact price upfront before starting any work. He even honored a 20% off promotion he had running on Facebook without us needing to ask about it. The work itself was thorough - all new connectors and valves - and everything looks solid. But what really impressed us were the details that show he cares about doing things right. He cleaned up completely when he finished, and before removing the old water heater, he wrapped the bottom in plastic so water wouldn't leak on our stairs or through the house. Our previous installer years ago didn't think to do that, and we spent time cleaning up the mess they left behind. Those kinds of considerate touches made us feel confident about the quality of Albert's work. As a local small business, AW Adams Installs is exactly the kind of company we like to support when we can. Albert was friendly and professional throughout, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him if you're dealing with water heater issues.
