Hi, I didn't see your driver. Them: we will call and see where he is. (Never calls back) Thursday Me: your driver never showed again Them: you must have talked to the wrong person. Me: (explains what's going on) Them: he will be there today (never shows, never calls, I've wasted another day) Friday Me: I still haven't seen the driver (2 1/2 days waiting...) Them: we will call him. Driver soon calls me, then angrily hangs up when I'm not standing there to let him fuel the tank. I give him access while he slams his doors and tries to stare me down. Quickly fills tank and leaves without giving me a ticket or saying a word. Monday: Holiday Tuesday Me: Hi, I need a receipt for the the fuel. Them: we have to call him, nothing was turned in. Wednesday Me: I still need a receipt Them: we will call back. (But doesn't) Thursday Me: when can I expect a receipt? Them: oh it's 525.00 for 100 gallons... I have to hang up at this point. I had a 100 gallon tank that was already half full. This business is unprofessional and untrustworthy. If you're the owner reading this I hope you realize what a bunch of thieves you have working there. Feel free to cancel my account, you'll never get my business again.

The inside has a gas station convenience store, and a country shop [like a ranch supply, cowboy/cowgirl style]. The bathrooms were very clean. The cashier was very friendly and engaging. If we're ever passing through again this will be the gas station I choose to fuel up.

After a handful of heated calls they finally admitted that I paid my neighbors bill, after another tank fee we had enough. Told them they can come get their talk, they told me the pick up fee was $150, still a better deal than keeping it. Today on 3/25/25 they drove across about 100' of my lawn to pick up their empty 115 gallon tank. that tank was easily rolled into place, because I rolled it there myself it was not that bad. Look around at other providers before deciding.

I could not reccomend LP propane. Buyer beware!…read more LP refused to honor the agreement I had with MOC propane whom LP had purchased. Upon selling my house MOC agreed to store my propane tank and the credit me for propane in the tank (800-900 gal) until we built our new house. When called MOC to request the tank and the propane we found MOC was now LP Propane. LP located my tank, but we were told they could not help us with propane - it was my problem. We contacted LP repeatedly seeking a fair way for both parties to resolve the problem of the propane credit. But with no success. I can only surmise LP thought we were crooks trying to cheat them out of propane. My wife was very disheartened on how she was treated. We have terminated our relationship with LP and now purchase from another company.

I have been with this outfit prior to being Lp propane for approx 20yrsand were satisfied until…read morethis year. I was put on a monitor that would automatically inform Lp when my tank was at 30%. This winter, 1st time in 20yrs, my tank called for filling and WITHOUT notification I was skipped and I completely ran out of propane. They responded at 10pm when I called but got stuck just attempting to turn into my driveway. I'm 70+ and cleared the drive the next day at 6am due to being told delivery would be 1st thing. I drove out of my driveway to Lp in Blackfoot to show it was passable and returned home. Wind was blowing and the county graded the road thus depositing snow once again in front of my drive and Lp at 11am, result stuck at entryway to my drive. Coordination within this company and equipment for this environment is lacking. Once again you have people acting like their doing me a favor instead of me paying for a service. If I had been notified of a problem I would have corrected it and I would not be out of propane
