He answered all my silly questions and overall was: informative, patient, chill af. And his chillness chilled me out -- and he put up with the worlds worst phone service on my end (thanks Ryan ) Crystal was our girl who posted to the actual bond and she was just slay as hell. From their experience with her: they really, really liked her. Said she was warm, funny, and extremely knowledgeable in what she was doing. So Crystal, from one big sister to another, thanks!!
