About 6 months after we moved our things into your storage unit, you called and asked if we had forgotten to put our lock back on. I told you no, we were living in Oregon and had not been out there. You informed me, you checked it out and everything seemed to be fine and you placed one of your locks on it. The same lock you unlocked 3 years later for us. Our 10 x 25 storage unit was packed! Now the remaining items fit into a 10 x 10! Clothes and books were thrown all over. I do not understand how you would consider that fine? We continued to pay you storage payment every month for another 3 years!! Why didn't you check your video cameras? If we would have filed a police report then, we might had had a chance of recovering something. We are still going to file a police report. We video taped the storage unit of how we found it. It was not fine! I have attached a list of the missing items along with pictures of our home, so you and the police can see the actual items! This had to been done during the day, over several days! They were very meticulous over the things they took. How could you not of known?? Sir, many of these items cannot be replace for any amount of money! You told me over the phone, you have been having trouble with this issued and you are going to install a $10,000 gate. I get the feeling that plan has been in place for a while and yet nothing has been done. According to the police, this company has had many break-ins. You added insult to injury when you said you were sorry, not very compassionately, I might add, and offered to reimburse us a couple months of storage rent, a whopping $140.00!
