Of course they never are! It is now day two waiting on my lp for the house. Still nothing. Courtesy is a bad name for this company. If they were courteous, they would at least call and say they weren't going to be there when they said they would! I ALWAYS pay them promptly after a delivery, but I cannot count on them at all to deliver when they say they will! They obviously don't care about the customer! Time to get a new gas company.......

During the Irma Hurricane of 2017 Yongue's is the only company that would help with my service…read more I've used them ever since with great results. Recently I had to replace my whole house generator and after installation found out I had to arrange for the Lp to be hooked back up to the new unit. I received a number of quotes, and misinformation, of $500+ so I elected to give Yongue's a call. Today Daniel showed up and within a bit more than an hour and at a cost well below the others, I was reconnected to the new unit. Well versed in his profession and professional, Daniel even pulled back to the street to cut pipe so as not to leave any shavings or spurs on the drive. Highly recommend this company for your Lp needs.

I use them for my whole house generator and pool heater systems. When I had the initial…read moreinstallation for my generator, I asked the generator folks "what are the best propane companies they knew of." I have neighbors that have propane appliances and have seen propane companies in the neighborhood. After checking with my neighbors and the generator installation company, I decided to go with D&D. I had one thought on the type of tanks I wanted, but after discussions with the D&D folks, I went with their recommendation and have not been sorry. A few years after the generator installation, I installed a pool and had D&D provide a hook up to the tanks for the pool heater. Because of the pool install I had to have them disconnect and reconnect to propane supply lines. Their installation & maintenance team is very competent, and the office has been very pleasant to work with by answering all my questions. I have been with D&D for over 5 years and have not had any issues. I totally recommend them and would give them 4.5 stars. - Gene W; San Pablo North

I am a senior living alone and my old 100 lb propane tank and stove were giving me real trouble…read more Multiple companies turned me away, saying they couldn't fill my tank or come out. Then I called T&D Propane and spoke with Camy. She went out of her way to help. After I sent photos, she personally worked on a solution for me. This morning, two of their men came to my home, thoroughly tested everything, fixed leaks in both the tank and stove, replaced the line, and even dug a hole and set a concrete block so the tank won't rust. They also put a few gallons in the tank so I could cook right away, and they'll return this week to fill it properly - they simply cared and went far above and beyond. Thank you, Camy, and the wonderful team at T&D Propane. You truly made a big difference for this grateful senior. I will recommend you to everyone!

I can never get anyone on the phone. When they do finally answer they say hello & then transfer me to the main call center before I can answer or they can't hear me at all no matter what phone I call them from (my personal cell, my work cell, a hard line, etc.).
