After he left I examined his work only to discover that he had only finished around %60 of the job. I contacted the main office and told them about the "half finished" job and was promised they would send someone back out to finish the job. No real acknowledgement that had I not called them on the guys lie that they had just tried to scam me. So I scheduled time for them to fix their error and waited.....and waited.....and waited... After three days of waiting and nobody coming I called and asked what was going on. Got some long winded excuse (bs) and was promised they would be out in a day to make the fix. Shocker....nobody showed. Called one last time and got a new crazy bs excuse story as to why nobody had been by. Finally told them to move on, I was done with them. They were happy to take my money though.... If you want a professional, honorable, arborist to help you with your project in a timely, dependable manner....DO NOT CALL THESE FOLKS. I've made sure to share this experience with my neighbors via our neighborhood HOA board and on our neighborhoods Facebook page.....steer clear.

His VM told me to call him directly, but he didn't really know who I was or what I was talking about. Wished him good luck and goodbye. He called back several times, finally leaving a VM w/ a lot of defensive and passive aggressive BS. What's the point of that? Truly? It only stroked your own ego, buddy. You didn't make me cry.
