Top notch. My wife and four of her life long friends spent the week in Capitola and I wanted them all to enjoy a night out without worrying about getting lost at night or one of them having to be a designated driver. I checked four different car services and Patrick was the most reasonable in cost and most courteous to deal with. Hiring a service without a personal reference or recommendation is always a gamble but rest assured there is no risk with Patrick. Patrick contacted me 3 days before our appointment and then the day before and the day of our reservation. My wife and her friends were able to enjoy the evening out without worry because of the courteous and prompt service that was performed in the most professional manner. Pre service and follow up calls reassured me I made the correct decision going with Patrick. Without hesitation I would and will employ "team Patrick" again along with recommending him highly. The driver went above and beyond to accommodate five discriminating ladies. Thank you. Vo read more

I started using SubShuttle about two years ago when I needed to arrange one of our Senior Directors to get from SJC to Santa Cruz. And Uber/Lyft just isn't reliable enough for me when I'm managing the schedules of my CEO's and Senior Directors. Anyhow, Patrick Eze was awesome. This wasn't a cold contact, it was a direct return phone call, personal touch that assured customer service and security. Since then I've used SubShuttle every time our Sr. Director of BD travels to the Bay Area and he often if not always has the same driver. That's an elegant personal touch. I trust their service, rates, the drivers are professional, polite, prompt and the vehicles are clean and comfortable. Kudos to one of the drivers, Steve, he picked me and my family up from SFO to take us home to San Jose. Steve communicated clearly and consistently, we had a safe and smooth ride home. Steve was friendly, easy going and professional. He even opened the doors and helped us with our luggage. Thumbs up for SubShuttle! read more

This was my first experience with SubShuttle. I was in excellent hands with Patrick who just made it all so easy. Patrick was responsive immediately, ensured that my managers would be picked up from the airport and taken to their destination, which was an hour away. Then he set it up so they'd be picked up a couple days later and taken back to the airport. But that wasn't the end of it.... one of my managers had a family emergency and the trip was delayed. Patrick was so nice when I cancelled. Then about a day later, I called again to set up a pick up and, once again, Patrick was really nice, really professional and still took care of both of my managers when they needed a ride to the airport. This was my first time ever trying to coordinate travel and I'm new at my job and I can't thank Subshuttle and Patrick enough for being so helpful and making sure my managers had the rides they needed. read more

Employees of the company Subshuttle, Inc. are reliable, responsive, and personable. I recently was part of a very large group staying at a hotel where they are working as the valet service, and they were totally great. Approximately 450 people, including many children, arrived in many cars within a short span of time, all with luggage, and Patrick handled it all beautifully. He was helpful and super-competent. He was very patient, as we all asked him the same questions, one person after the other: "Where should I put my car?" "Is it OK if I leave my car right here?" "Can you keep my car close by so I can get things out of it for my kids?" It was a lot happening all at once, made more difficult by the fact that many small children were on the scene. Patrick and his employees did a great job. I highly recommend Patrick and his company! read more

I recently contracted with Patrick from SubShittle to transport guests between a hotel in Santa Cruz and a wedding venue in Boulder Creek. Patrick was quick to get back to me with a quote, and was competative pricewise; plus he provided more service than I found at other companies. We required two 15 passenger vans and both arrived on time, were clean and ordor free. Both drivers (Mark and Francisco) were professionally attired and were polite and helpful assisting guests as needed. They even provided a stools which were appreciated by those in their golden years. Music was tasteful and at an appropriate volume for the occasion. Temperature chosen by drivers was perfect...not too hot and not too cold. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of working with Patrick and his employees, and would highly recommend his services. read more

Patrick and the other drivers that work for SubShuttle are all AMAZING!! They are the best quality drivers I have ever experienced. They are kind, helpful, and extremely reliable! I work for a company that often refers SubShuttle to our guests because of their fantastic service! Every time we need them or call them they answer and are right there promptly! Last week we needed a shuttle last minute to the San Jose airport, I told Patrick and he said no problem I will take them right now! So great! They feel like friends who drive you around. I would recommend SubShuttle to anyone for any occasion, getting a ride into town, the airport, special occasions like a wedding, or anything really. Great for businesses or personal use. Very professional, kind, and compassionate people!!! read more

I am the Promotions and Entertainment Manager at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and every week for our concerts we hire Subshuttle to do all of our band airport pickups and drop-offs. We have been working with them for 2 years and their service has always been excellent. Patrick is very easy to work with and always accommodates any last minute changes or add ons. He has different types of vehicles that can range from picking up one person or a vehicle that picks up a group of people plus gear. Communication with Patrick is great and always responds to me in a timely matter. He's very friendly and professional which makes my job easier knowing that the band members are being picked up and dropped off on time. read more

If there was a way to score higher I would!! Through many delays of getting to San Jose and finally arriving 5 hours late Patrick continued to Communicate with me and assure me he would be there and he was. After a very long day of being in airports I was met by this bright, joyful light, Patrick, which was such a delight! He was a joy to converse with on the way as was Maddie on the return. Subshuttle is excellent in every capacity and I would highly recommend, not only for excellent customer service but wonderful conversation too. Thank you Patrick for going above and beyond in assisting me and making my trip such a comforting experience. Wishing you all the best! read more

Hands down, the greatest thing about a company like this is the reliability! Normally when asking to go places out of the norm many drivers may not be willing to make the trip, or may do so with reluctance.Though that has never once been the case with Santa Cruz Sub Shuttle! They'll take you just about anywhere you need to be. Having been with several drivers, I have come to recognize that they only hire the good natured type. Everyone is very kind and pleasant to be with and most importantly they get me to where I need to be! I highly recommend this company. When you travel, you want reliability. With sub shuttle this what you can expect! read more

Patrick is by and far the kindest, most helpful driver that I have ever had the chance to be driven by. Patrick drove our group of six very rowdy UCSC surf team members to Kelly Slater's Wave pool from Santa Cruz to Lemoore with the upmost patience and professionalism. Patrick is very friendly and goes above and beyond the call of duty as a driver. He was always readily available to help with out with our large amount of surfboards and surf gear. The car was very clean, professional, stylish. Without Patrick our trip would not have been as amazing as it was. Thank you Patrick and SubShuttle for such a wonderful trip! read more

A pleasant ride with great service at the best price. Found SubShuttle on Yelp and after comparing to all the other car services in the area I chose them based on ratings and the "Companies We Serve" section of their website (Google etc.). PLUS: they were about half the price (my ride was from Carmel-by-the-Sea to San Jose airport). I got excellent customer service support by phone and email when needed, plus a luxury clean car and professional driver who showed up 10 minutes early and texted me so I didn't have to worry about not finding my car on time. Definitely recommended. read more

Patrick with Sub Shuttle is absolutely amazing! As a GM for a local hotel, I have many guest's that are coming and going at all times of the day. When I need to ensure our guest's can arrive at their planned events, I always know Patrick and his company will take care of us. We can count on Sub Shuttle to always be on time, professional, and work with a smile which ensures that his team will provide the best quality of service possible for all of our guest's! Thanks again for all of your assistance and incredible service Sincerely, Misty Wenisch-General Manager read more

Sub Shuttle is the best driver service out there! Personal attention and care to every detail is given. Even in this terrible time of the virus, they are willing to get us or we would have been stuck!! Their car was fanatically cleaned and hanitizer was available for us if we wanted it. (Even though you can't buy it in the store, so nice of them to share!) The ride was completely customized and both Patrick and the other driver we had went out of their way so we could see the redwood forests and the beautiful ocean views. I would highly recommend them!! read more

Patrick and Sub Shuttle did a fantastic job for two events at our wedding weekend. We contracted with them to do a back and forth shuttle for our pre-wedding picnic that was in the area, and then contracted for four shuttles to transport guests from the wedding hotel in Santa Cruz to our wedding venue in Saratoga. They were lovely in every regard. The shuttles were very nice and the drivers were excellent and polite; it was exactly as described! Patrick was excellent to work with throughout the months preceding the wedding! Great job SubShuttle!! read more

Patrick is an Angel in disguise. I was driving on Boulder Creek and was avoiding the car from the opposite side. This resulted in my car hitting the boulder. Apparently it caused a flat tire, the problem that I had was that it happened on the uphill and on a tight road. I needed 2 jacks to ensure that I can easily lift the car then there came the Angel Patrick stopping to assist. He even ensured that I had safe passage down hill. Thank God for him. If he can stop for a guy in distress, I am sure he can provide excellent service. read more

Patrick is the best! I could not be happier with my experiences with SubShuttle. Over the past 2 years, I've used SubShuttle for at least 5 round trips between Santa Cruz & SFO. Every time, scheduling has been incredibly easy & Patrick and his staff have been flexible when I've changed my travel plans. Every experience I've had with Patrick & his wonderful staff of drivers has been positive & pleasant - even at 3 AM. I would highly recommend SubShuttle for any occasion for individuals to larger groups. read more

If there were more stars, I would definitely give Patrick 10 stars. He was easy to contact and communicate with. Not only did we get a very reasonable deal, the service was fabulous. He was prompt and courteous. We used him for my wedding day. He accommodated us and made sure we didn't waste any of our rental time during our ceremony and reception. He helped us load and unload. We couldn't have asked for better service!! I highly recommend using subshuttle, and ask for Patrick!! He's the man!!! read more

Subshuttle was recommended by 1440 Multiversity, the venue hosting an event I attended. I would highly recommend this shuttle service to anyone. Working with Patrick on some charging issues was resolved in a deeply respectful, and timely manner. The quality of service, the attention to detail, and response to phone calls was superb! The two drivers I had were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. When in this area, definitely call SubShuttle for a relaxing ride. ~ plr read more

Every once in a while you find a business that goes above and beyond the call of duty. We had a large event for a non-profit and needed to shuttle people in. On short notice and at very reasonable cost, Patrick, Rebecca and team moved people with excellent communication, smiles, hard work, and commitment to get everyone back to their cars, even including one who was late (12:30 am). These people do such a great job, it redefines excellence in the category. read more
