Used this shuttle as a guest/dj to a wedding over in a remote area in the mountains. Drivers navigated the narrow dirt roads expertly. On the way back from the event I had accidentally left my backpack containing important gear in the trunk of the shuttle. This was after midnight and the driver had driven back home by the time I noticed. Patrick -- owner/manager -- was very eager to help me in the early morning before my flight to track down my gear. He spent his entire morning driving to and from the suburbs of Santa Cruz to retrieve my gear so I could have it in time for my flight. Great experience with the staff here at all points of interaction. read more

The team at subshuttle was extremely helpful! My partner was DJing a wedding and forgot his gear in the van after being dropped off that night. He got a hold of the staff at Subshuttle and was able to retrieve his DJ gear the next day before we flew out back to Seattle. The manager was really kind and went out of his way on a Sunday to retrieve the gear from the location where the van was parked, over a 30 min drive away. read more

We used SubShuttle for our wedding in Ben Lomond- Patrick was incredibly communicative, flexible, and accommodating and the shuttles were very punctual. Some of the prior review mention issues with billing, but we had 0 issues with this and we found pricing to be very transparent. Would absolutely use again! read more

I have relied on for the past four years for my daughter's trips from San Jose Airport to the University of Santa Cruz..Subshuttle Inc have been incredibly dependable, consistently arriving on time and providing a safe and comfortable journey for my daughter. Their professionalism and reliability gave me peace of mind, knowing she was in good hands. What truly impressed me was their willingness to accommodate last-minute requests. I can't express enough how grateful I am for their exceptional service. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking trustworthy transportation! read more

While the people working there are lovely - the business practices are not good. I used this service to get several people to/from a meeting with multiple airport times and a shuttle for the entire group. The biggest issue has been with invoicing. I have repeatedly asked for receipts, and when I get them, they do not match the amount charged to us. Then I asked for corrections and again had to ask repeatedly and only got a response to some items. I was double charged for a significant expense and had to ask several times for the second charge to be credited (I am still waiting; it has been a few weeks). One bus was not entered correctly; I was told substitute vehicles would be there in 10 minutes - they took an hour - and then I was charged quite a lot for the change. I felt once they had my card on file, they just charged it randomly, and receipts (when I got them) rarely matched. It's been a few weeks, and I still have not straightened it out. That aside, the meeting attendees complained about late cars (as in close to an hour late), having trouble connecting with drivers using the number we were provided, drivers who could not locate airport pick-up locations, dirty cars, and one driver who made a female rider very uncomfortable by taking an exit off a dark highway late at night and saying he had to stop for gas. Also, while the driver gratuities were included in what was billed to me, some of the drivers were pretty aggressive in hinting they should receive additional tips, so I'm not sure if they were trying to double dip or if there are problems with tips I paid making it to drivers. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Despite multiple emails and calls, my billing is still not cleaned up. They had reasonable pricing compared to the other location I called, but I would never use them again. read more

The shuttle service itself was good, they showed up on time and were professional. However, the billing process is VERY sketchy. I reserved the shuttles a few weeks before my wedding and didnt have a lot of other options. Patrick requested to send my credit card info over email which I didnt love but I went through with it. I wish I had listened to my gut because suddenly there were two duplicate charges for the same amount on my card statement. After the wedding I emailed Patrick and he told me he would reverse the duplicate charge, however this never happened. I finally disputed with my credit card company and Subshuttle sent documentation to them trying to say the charge was accurate. I then had to reopen the dispute with my credit card company and give screenshots of my email with Subshuttle, etc and now 3 months later the charge is finally reversed. I also emailed and called Subshuttle 4 times in the last couple months and just never got another response back. I would advise to look elsewhere for shuttle services unless you want to be disputing charges for months. read more

We used these guys as a shuttle service between a wedding and an after party in Ben Lomond. They we all great. Somehow my wife lost her engagement ring, the driver found it and reached out to the coordinator with a picture of the ring. I contacted them and we found a place to meet. Recommend that type of service to anyone. They were fantastic. read more

We used Subshuttle for our wedding day at Waterfall Lodge and we were SO impressed at the service, quality and cleanliness of the vans and how nice and prompt the 2 drivers were. 10/10 would recommend Subshuttle to anyone looking for great, reliable, prompt, friendly van/shuttle service in the area. Patrick, Jesse and Don were wonderful to work with and would use them again in a heart beat! read more

No issue with actual service as drivers showed up on time and bussed our group to and from the venue. Major problem with billing. We contracted for 2 busses but were billed for 3. Subshuttle was notified several times of this error and they promised to refund us. Difficult getting to speak personally with anyone. Finally decided to report to credit card company and provided all the supporting documents. Subshuttle didn't agree. We had to appeal again to the credit card company to follow up. Took a lot of work on our part to get this resolved and have credit card reverse the charge. Should have looked at Yelp reviews first as after the fact we read others had saved experience. read more

10/10 would recommend to all of my close family and friends. Patrick and his crew took care of my loved ones on my wedding day. He was highly professional and helped make sure they everything was running smoothly!! Patrick was charismatic and a true joy to work with!! Such a great person to have part of my wedding experience. Thank you so much! Keep the good faith my friend and I look forward to working with you again. God bless! read more

Patrick was super attentive and helpful for my entire booking process, as we were booking from out of town for our May wedding. The day we got married was a cold and rainy day and Patrick was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make me feel like a princess, which was totally not within his job description, but he did it anyway! This wonderful individual actually held the umbrella for me as I went down a steep and slick pathway to get to my ceremony. This certainly was not required of him, but he did it anyway which just blew me away. He even sent me a few photos he had of me and my bridal party! I HIGHLY recommend subshuttle for your wedding/events as they truly do an incredible job! Thank you Patrick for everything! :) https://galleries.page.link/3M9h1 read more

SubShuttle - Patrick went above and beyond to make our day so special! This included walking me in the rain to my ceremony! This guy is amazing! :) - Limos Near Me

SubShuttle was a great asset to our wedding day! Patrick was easy to work with and went above and beyond. He was very knowledgable about our venue and helped us make a great shuttle selection to accommodate the windy roads. He spent the time to also do a site visit with the team and made sure everything ran smoothy. There were a lot of considerations and complications with the venue (one lane roads, narrow bridges, etc.) and the team followed the transportation plan diligently. They successfully shuttled 150 people with three 15 passenger vans between 4 different locations in a very timely manner. Patrick's way of doing business has an informal feel, but he is very professional, responds to questions quickly, and has clean vehicles. His drivers were on time and very friendly and professional. They took extra care to make sure they didn't leave any passengers behind. A purse and phone was left in one of the shuttles and the driver reached out right away to make sure it got back to the right person. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with SubShuttle! read more

I used Patrick for a shuttle to the airport from Santa Cruz to San Jose and I could not have been happier with service. Patrick was professional, punctual and made the experience easy and seamless. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a shuttle service. read more

Update on Subshuttle's handling of situation described above: After headache and headache of back & forth, Patrick finally admitted his wrong and offered a refund for the shuttle we paid for and he did not provide. However, weeks turned into months and still no refund like he promised. We have reached out to Patrick multiple times and he has completely ignored us. He even wrote in his Yelp comment (above) that he provided our refund, complete public lie...this business is shocking, not sure how he gets away with such scams. read more

Patrick at SubShuttle was over the top amazing. They shuttled my daughter's wedding party and all the guests to and from Four Points Sheraton to Waterfall Lodge. Everything went perfectly, Patrick worked with us before and up to the wedding day. All the drivers were so nice and accommodating. Our guests commented on the great service. Highly recommend 100% Thank you! read more

Patrick and Subshuttle are seriously the best! Patrick worked for our wedding 02/20/2022 and went above and beyond what we were expecting and made our day even more special because of it. From the beginning of the planning stages Patrick was responsive and knowledgeable making it an easy decision for who would shuttle our guest. During the wedding Patrick was nothing but a gentleman and good vibes! He went the extra mile for our guests and everyone I've talked to has had nothing but praise and kind words about their experience with him and the shuttles. We can not recommend Patrick and SubShuttle enough!!! read more

Attended a wedding where many of the guests had to shuttle up to the venue. This shuttle service was quick and professional getting everyone from the hotel in Scotts Valley to the venue in Ben Lomand. Great service. Thank you to SubShuttle read more

Subshuttle is great! We hired shuttles for our wedding at a very complicated venue with windy roads and Subshuttle made sure our guests got there without a hitch. They even accommodated a car seat for one of our younger guests. Everyone at the wedding raved about the drivers saying how personable and nice they were! Patrick is very communicative and even when we had a misunderstanding through email initially, he made sure to follow up and call and made sure everything ran flawlessly for our wedding. Can't recommend enough! read more

I highly recommend Subshuttle Inc for your transportation needs. For weddings, their all black vehicles look classy and expensive -- which to rent - they are not. For being based out of Monterey...his prices are a third of any company around here. Patrick was easy to work with, responsive and professional. I would most def'ly use this company again and if you are in need -- you should too. read more

Subshuttle is amazing! The customer service was more then we expected. Our driver was over the top with making sure each passenger was comfortable and he was oh so polite and helpful. We used them for 2 nights for dinner and it went so smoothly that we will defiantly be using them again. Thank you!!! read more

Patrick and his team are awesome. Cousin picked them for wedding venue transportation. They did a great job getting us to and from the venue in various batches. SubShuttle - Business card with contact info - Limos Near Me

We needed a shuttle for a wedding. I spoke to Patrick who coordinated the driver and the schedule both by email and text. Since this was last minute, we only had a few days to get everything planned out. He did a great job and exercised a lot of patience with the last minute changes. Up to a couple of hours before the wedding, we needed to change one of the drop off addresses. To top that off, the party was so much fun it went past the scheduled time that the bride and groom were delayed at the end. Not a hint of stress from them, just patience and accommodating. You really can't ask for more. Very nice vehicle (large Mercedes van), ample space, and clean. Great experience with SubShuttle! read more

Good service in person, but the credit card processing is not PCI compliant and sketchy. They ask you to write your card information in full on a document and email it back - I said I would need to call it in. The problem with that was, they accidentally charged me for someone else's shuttle in addition to my own. I had to repeatedly ask for an invoice or line item receipt to try to match up the additional charge, and I also noticed I was sent someone else's invoice in addition to my own. Their accounting and recordkeeping is not professional. Now I've been asking for a refund for 3 weeks and I'm told every time that it will happen later today - I have asked via email and over the phone. My most recent email threatening to dispute the charge has gone ignored. I have disputed it, but a word to the wise - I see other reviews that mention accounting problems with this company and I would recommend you avoid the headache and go with someone else! read more

I have been using SubShuttle for a long time for all of my business and personal travel to go to the airport. Always on time, always pleasant and always good drivers. Patrick keeps his cars in good shape and communication is impeccable. I highly recommend them! read more

Overloaded the vehicles, having people double up in seats. Delayed the wedding ceremony and return to the after party because guests were still waiting for shuttles. The wedding was beautiful really a shame that this was the one less than perfect aspect. read more

Charged our charge without authorization, violated agreed contact, poor professionalism led to our wedding guest arriving late and delayed our ceremony. Contract stated 34-46 passengers per trip with two shuttle busses, only provided one shuttle and an SUV with a maximum of 22 passengers per trips. Never provided proof of payment, receipt or invoice. These reviews are misleading because they do not represent his wedding services. read more

Crowded with more people than seatbelts. Waited a very long time to get into one of the vehicles, as a guest it was unacceptable to arrive at the after party almost an hour after the first guests arrive. Its giving inexperienced. If I could give less than 1 star I would. read more

Sub Shuttle helped us at a resort in Santa Cruz. Professional, super helpful and courteous, I would hire them without hesitation.

I have used this service twice since the lockdown. Great idea! Patrick comes all the way out to Boulder Creek to deliver! Had Lillian's delivered on Mother's Day and El Palomar last night. Very happy with the service and it's free (we tipped off course). Highly recommend. Thanks Patrick! read more

Phenomenal. Personable. Tom me to where I needed to be. Patrick' went above and beyond.

Huge shout out to Patrick and Subshuttle for helping out restaurants during these unstable times. We ordered food from Lillians and subshuttle delivered it to us for free-- Unlike commercial delivery services like Uber eats and GrubHub, sub shuttle does not take a percentage from our local restaurants. read more

I travel frequently and use Patrick every time I need a ride to the airport. He's such a thoughtful nice guy! When I came back from Africa he played African music for me! Patrick is amazing. He has been supporting me for the last 3 weeks, delivering food from restaurants even when they are open. I have an underlying condition so I don't go to grocery stores. I didn't even order take out food for 2 months - just cooking at home.Patrick is my savior - he came to my rescue - I honestly though when I called Lillian's and they were open Patrick wouldn't deliver. He remembered my name, my accent, my address and delivered my food on time. Thank you Patrick for your service. I hope I can use you next Friday too! read more

If I could give 10 stars for this review, I would! Was in Santa Cruz for a work offsite, but had to leave a day early to get back to Alameda to take care of daughters who were ill. Knew that Uber drivers were going to be tough, so tried a shuttle service. The front desk highly recommended SubShuttle, and she was right. Patrick was fantastic. I ideally wanted to get a shuttle within the hour, and he came through. He actually moved a few things out of his own schedule and drove me himself instead of one of his drivers! The car was clean and the service was excellent. The drive was smooth - taking the coast to avoid the hill and horrendous 880 traffic. Patrick was a pleasant conversation along the way as well. Thanks Patrick! Hope that your business continues to thrive as it deserves to. read more

Subshuttle was great to work with. Since our wedding venue did not have enough onsite parking for all our wedding guests, we hired Subshuttle to transport guests from a rented church parking lot to our venue.
