We used Paradise Transportation for our family trip to Disneyland. Kelly drove us to and from the San Jose airport, was right on time, and even met us inside baggage claim on arrival for a cheery welcome back. Kelly is a treasure trove of knowledge of all things Disneyland which was a nice surprise, quite timely, and gave us plenty to chat about. Beware this company allows one hour for pickups. If your flight runs late or you're international and have any problems such as luggage, customs, etc., you will pay more. The conversation will quickly veer into why extra charges are needed and will happen, or you that will be left at the airport if you don't want to pay. Prices sound reasonable initially, but am wondering how many people actually pay stated charges and how many get additional fees loaded on top. Won't use again. read more

I am so glad I found Paradise Transportation! My teenage son is attending a music camp at UCSC and we were dreading doing the long drive from San Diego two times in two weekends to get him there and back safely. When I proposed we stick him on an airplane alone, my wife said "no way", because we did not have a trusted family member to pick him up in San Jose. Then I found Paradise Transportation, and emailed Brad to explain our situation. He responded immediately by email, and happily replied to all of my needy parent questions, then we spoke on the phone where I came away with the assurance I needed that this was as good as family. Brad and his wife Kelly do all of the driving, the trip is direct door-to-door with no other passengers to complicate the itinerary, and best of all.... they would meet my son inside the San Jose airport terminal so he wouldn't have to find his way in such a big scary new place. Approaching the trip, Brad contacted me a few days in advance to confirm all the little details, again very proactive, professional, and reassuring. Today was the big day, and we had a few surprises on our end. The flight to SJC was delayed by almost an hour, and at the last minute my son had technical problems with his phone and we were unsure if it would work to connect him with his driver in San Jose. Again, Brad and Kelly handled it like seasoned pros, and did everything necessary to quell my anxiety about my kid arriving in an unfamiliar city with a possibly broken phone. They would be waiting for him in the baggage claim when he deplaned, find him by sight, and contact me with the news when he was in their care. The pickup went smoothly and everything worked out great, and I really appreciated how they stayed in close contact with me during the day. Brad Wiget does a great job of running his business. My husband and I, who travel fairly frequently, are extremely pleased with him. His wife Kelly sometimes helps out and she is wonderful, as well. I love knowing that when we travel that everything will work out perfectly as far as getting picked up on time (or even a little early), and we are always picked up on time when we return. I highly recommend Paradise Transportation services. This is a husband and wife business. They have no other employees. Brad drove me to the airport. I found him to be an excellent communicator, personable and a very safe driver. His vehicle was luxurious and comfortable, and I never got car sick, which is common for me as a passenger over HWY 17. He also got me there early. As a female traveling alone, I trust this service much more than taking Uber or Lyft since this is an established owner operated business. Wow - just talked to Brad at Paradise. I have paid airport shuttles many many times over my 16 yrs of disability and always found people willing to lift pieces of my scooter into their vehicle. When taken apart (which I can do myself), the pieces are relatively light. He said it would be too time consuming for them and "they wouldn't want to get involved in that". Yeah, disability is a little time consuming - for me - each and every day. Paradise gets a big fat F- from me. F- you! read more
