When I asked separately about floating plants like duckweed or red root floaters, his tone became condescending. He pointed out that I was asking about a saltwater coral and a freshwater plant, as if I intended to keep them together, rather than considering I might have two different aquariums. I had simply asked two separate questions. He then stated they are a strictly saltwater store. I thanked him, and he abruptly hung up without saying anything back.
