I had been dreaming of kitchen remodel for years. I recently had my cabinets painted...and all I…read moreneeded was some granite, a bar top, and some backsplash. I called 3 companies. From the moment I met Asaf, I liked him. He knew what he was talking about, offered suggestions, and worked with until we had a clear vision. This wasn't the cheapest bid we got, but it was reasonable. It was their salesman that sold this project. When the work began, the crew was on time and worked efficiently. The first day, the cut the wall down to bar height and cleaned up afterwards. The next day, the granite was installed. We had a small issue, but when Asaf was called, he fixed the issue immediately. He came out to check on the progress and communicated with my husband and I the whole time. The next couple of days, the backsplash people came in and did their thing. They were super slow and there was some miscommunication as to what time/day they were coming....but the end product was great. I have already recommended this company to several other people who are also happy with their work. This is a family owned business with employees who care about their craft. That's what you need in a home remodeling project. We have a bathroom remodel coming up and will be contacting them again.

The reason you see only 1 star and 5 star reviews is they pay via piece rate. Meaning they treat…read moretheir employees as subcontractors but retain profitability for themselves. If a particular customer or project turns out to be more difficult than anticipated the employees themselves have to take the loss, not the company. No true craftsman will work for an outfit like that that doesn't stand behind their employees if their bid is bad. Piece rate is a scammy way to make your employees take ALL the risk with no potential reward. Piece rate shops are always a revolving door for help so it's a gamble what level of quality you get. Just so long as they get their profit they'll burn every employee. It doesn't mean the owners are inept in their trade, it means you have no idea what you're getting as neither do they because they place profits ahead of everything. A simple scan of their job listings will show you they only prefer a whopping year of experience, and that's not the helpers. Marc L.'s review is most likely a crew that realized the job was bigger than they were getting paid for and simple math revealed they were working for minimum wage so they stopped caring about quality. Then when he didn't pay RSF only tried to recoup their materials cost with no intention to pay their help. Does that sound like a company you'd want to work for if you were competent let alone excel in your trade?

They all contributed to the tremendous success of our kitchen remodel. The outcome is beyond our wildest dreams and expectations. We waited 19 years to do this project and are extremely glad that we were introduced to the members of the team at Waters Edge Renovations. Bonnie and Michael C.

Summit leveled out the sink properly and beautifully fabricated and installed our porcelain countertops. This wasn't an easy job to do because keep in mind the cabinets and window sill were already installed so Summit has to cut around that to fit in porcelain slab backsplash. The most important lesson in remodeling is patience and trust. Our projects had minor issues while at the same time the company was expanding - patience.
