Matt was incredibly responsive and answered every question within minutes. While some online short-term rentals do not allow you to view the apartment prior to renting, Matt arranged for an immediate showing with his sales manager, Steve (also very responsive, friendly, and courteous)! After the showing, Matt sent a lease electronically that could be completed and signed in minutes, and move-in was scheduled less than one week after I first contacted Pinnacle. After showing ID to the doorstaff, keys were secured. The fully stocked apartment was breathtaking - clean, furnished, with a welcome basket, fresh towels, kitchen/laundry supplies, HD cable, and WIFI, significantly better than a hotel for an extended stay. It is in an Old office building which is so grand and beautiful. I remember it as a little girl fondly. There is a nice coffee shop down stairs and 24 hour security. Starbucks and Dunkin donuts are within feet of the front door. You can also Rent one of there apartments. Studio, 1 or 2 bedroom they are great layouts, High ceilings and very reasonably priced. Every thing included. Jodi works in the office and is so sweet and very accommodating. There are washer & dryers on many of the floors and the rentals can come furnished if you like. It also has a workout room with cardio machines. Love the Building and All the staff. If I decide to move back to Chicago Here is where I will live. Until then this will be my home away from home! White scuffed up walls. Clean floors. Memory foam mattresses. Missing in action- dishes of all types ( there were some plates and one juice glass in the kitchen) a soap dish in the bathroom and any instructions for the WiFi. There WAS dirty carpet in the hallways, a hole in the wall in the laundry area and torn out door knobs on the "communication room". Check-in time was 4, the room was ready at 5:15. The lady at the check-in desk was wonderful- trying to juggle all that was happening. Stay here again - yes, knowing what is in store.

In what world is this ok? first of all this is not what I paid for and second of all why are they putting their customers at risk? also, our toilet sucks. You have to hold down the flusher for at least 15 seconds in order for any piece of toilet paper to flush. The first time we used them- they took us to look at the different corporate housing options in different buildings all over the downtown, and took very good care of us. The furnishings in each apartments were divine- view and all too! And most of the apartments have great views. My only recommendation- book as early as you can. You will get your first choice of apartments this way- and they can better guarantee your stay. (Sometimes they have guests who don't quite know when they will be leaving- for example- people shooting movies in town. So the more notice you can give them- the more you can work out a better agreement.) An example of them accommodating us- once we had trouble with the phone line in the apartment, and they brought the visitor a BlackBerry to use until the phone line was fixed.
