I paid cash upfront ($140) for a part for a washing machine and service for dishwasher and washing…read moremachine repair. The necessary part for the dishwasher was to come from the manufacturer at no cost. The gentleman said the parts were on order. After a few days I hadn't heard anything so called and was told he was out of town due to a death in the family, but the parts would be in and he would call me when they arrived. Still heard nothing so I called back, he wasn't actually going to be able to service our machines, but he had already ordered the parts and would get them to us when he got back in town, he was sending us a check in the mail for $140. Five days later I called again, he hadn't sent us the check because he was still out of town. Two days later I called, the check was in the mail. When the check never showed up I called and he said he would bring one by the following day. He has not brought us the check. It has been almost three weeks since his initial consultation. I have not received any services from this company, just a bunch of run around. I filed a complaint with the BBB to which he responded he would send me a refund "when he got settled". That was over a week ago, more than a month after I paid for the services, and I still haven't received a refund. I would give 0 stars if possible. Update***this began in Decebmer, 2012. It is now May 2013. I tried to contact them but they changed their number, I still haven't received a refund

The day of the appointment, no one showed and there was no phone call. After waiting an hour and a half after our scheduled appointment, I called and the same man I spoke with before took down my name and number again, the problem, and my address and made an appointment to come to my house the following day to fix my microwave... The appointment was made for 8am- a time HE set and he never showed. No phone calls, no show. Why set TWO appointments and not show or call for either one? I'm glad my problem is not major and I have some time to call someone else. However, if you are looking for timely, punctual, courteous service, I can not recommend N & M Appliance Service.

T & D Heating and Cooling wired and serviced a brand new Mitsubishi mini-split system and branch…read morebox. I was forced to call them several times because the lines kept freezing up (see attached photo) it would not cool and the system would display a fault code. Despite my efforts explaining these problems, Thomas Holley (owner) & Graeme Chipperfield (tech) kept telling me there was nothing wrong... yet the system would never operate correctly. So I called Jacksonville Heating Contractors, several things were found wrong that T&D did; (1) the refrigerant was serviced wrong, (2) they did not pull the contamination out of the system and (3) the system was addressed wrong (see description on attached invoice). Several minutes after the Jacksonville tech left, the fault code came back. I called the tech and explained what was happening. He asked me to check the wiring at the branch box to see if the indoor units A & B were crossed. When I checked, (4) they were in fact crossed... I re-wired them and the the fault code disappeared. After all these corrections were made, the system has been operating without any problems, no line freezing, it cools/heats and no fault codes. I contacted T&D owners Thomas & Denise Holley several times asking for a "partial refund" from the $808.00 I paid them for the work they did wrong. I provided them with documentation from Jacksonville Heating Contractors and information from Mitsubishi Tech Support that identifies what they did was incorrect. But they refuse to even talk with me about this and take responsibility for the work they performed. T&D has shown no business ethics and the owners have no integrity to make this right. Beware!
