It's 6 years old and the icemaker stopped producing ice. The Tech's name is Tom. He was on time. He was courteous, professional and went right to work. He took the icemaker apart and found the problem. He said he would try to do a temporary fix, which he did. The icemaker actually worked for a couple of days before shutting down again. He further informed me that he had to order the parts to complete the fix properly. Once the parts came in (2-3 days) he returned to complete the repair.
